Not to be nosy but what does your husband do? Your home is beautiful home and I know 8 kids can get pricey! You all are very blessed.

I'm biased- but they're pretty darn precious! :)

I had 10 children. Saturday nights were similar to yours. Everybody took baths/showers. I trimmed nails brushed out hair and curled the girls hair. Your post brought back a lot of memories. All my children are grown with littles of their own. Currently I am raising my one of my granddaughters.

I love that you get the kids to do chores but do your own 'extras' such a respectful household 💜

I would also love to see a day in a life of CR :)

I so appreciate what you said in the beginning about not wanting to come across as super woman. And pointing out that you have a great husband and children help with chores. I also have a wonderful husband, and my children do chores. We have 6 children with our youngest being 19 mo old twin boys. When I see some you tube moms speak as if they do it all themselves I can’t stand it! Because I know that there is no way they do all that they do all on their own. And they don’t. They have family or baby sitters, and maybe even someone that deep cleans their home, not to mention supportive husbands. We all need people! The help I receive comes from unexpected places at unexpected times provided by the Lord and I am thankful! This was one of my favorite videos of yours so far. I’m a work in progress with my big family. I’ve told my husband, “I know the problem is not that we have too many children. So I need to figure out the problem and solution to this or that.” I am also thankful I’m never alone because the Lord is with me always and I can cry out to Him for wisdom, even when it comes to laundry and managing my home! Thank you!

I love how "imperfect" this was. Like how your meal plan is flexible and not insanely regimented. Or when you were talking through the organization of your boy's drawers how you dont stress about it looking perfect and you also don't stress them out about it. This balanced, low stress, flexible attitude is SO needed on YT especially in routine/cleaning/organization vids. 👏👏👏

I think it takes A LOT of practice for them to reach that point! Our older children are good about it--- while our 4 year old is almost there most days with a few more needing me days. Then the baby will need a lot of practice -- around 2 to 3 is the biggest training process for us!

Sunday’s are my favorite day of the week. House gets a deep clean, I finish all my course work for the week, grocery shopping, then I write my to do list for the week and write my planner for the week. I also like to do a face mask drink tea and write in my journal just so I am fully prepared for the week. Love Sunday’s 😇

I think sometimes people forget that you added more children to your family over the years so you have been able to adjust your schedule and your Sundays over the years.

I love routines! Life savers. I have six kids but only three left at home now. I’ve homeschooled for 25 years and I have to have order to start school. I don’t Neal plan but buy/stock our usuals and just prepare and plan daily. I always have a meal plan by noon and start dinner about 4-4:30pm. Huge game changer when I started doing that. But I also like to use Sunday evenings as a prep day for the week. Mostly just getting order after the weekend and jump starting my Monday! 😁🙌🏻❤️

Oh yes, please make a video with recipies for dinner as well as morning and night routines! I cannot wait for it. You are the best!❤️
