Last year I learned every day. And so on the end of the school year I had a little break down. Now I learned to rest. Sundays I just realx. I sleep long, do some sport and do things I LOVE. Like painting, reading. Rest is so important. Monday I am fresh and my energy is on 100%.💕 I love this video and the positive vibes. You're my favorite KZreadr rn🥰

well there is lot to tell you , i consider you as my big sis because when I myself had break down your video motivates me the most, i am your 9month older subscriber i did not really comment just watch all the videos and finally gets through the worse situation...i am also 3rd year from nursing med school, and have a relation with my love who is from muslim community but luck really is not in my side that i am still fighting against family friends with my man but again your relation also motivates me that i should not give up and the main point about fitness that i used to be a chubby girl and get bullied in the school mentally...so from 1 year i am following your diet and productive goals with some home exercises and cardios and i am really really happy that i get myself in shape...i always follow your advices and it really works physically and mentally ...thank you sis for giving courage to me from afar ....lots of love from India...take care of you and your love ones...
