I’m with you Tyana. The summer is my least favorite season. Although here in Northern California, heat and bugs are not as much of a factor as other parts of the US. But I still prefer those autumn breezy days or the first days of spring. And I am also with you on not looking for modern day relatability in decks. In fact that turns me off typically. I like the feeling of ancient times, history, and old art. The Golden tarot and the Tildwick tarot are two excellent examples of that. “If this deck had a scent, it would be grass“…I love that! The artwork in the illuminated earth oracle always blows me away. It’s on my list, but I actually want to buy the tarot deck from that same creator first. Thanks for sharing this video! I enjoyed it.

Lucky!!! Where i live it’s full of bugs 😭 Yes I love the Golden Tarot and Tyldwick Tarot for those reasons! They preserve the mysticism of tarot. The Rainshadow Tarot looks really cool, it personally doesn’t call to me though. Maybe it’s because I have the Illuminated Earth and I’m content with it? Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

@@tyanasaurushex I watched a few flip thrus of The rainshadow tarot and I actually decided that I like the Oracle deck better. The artwork definitely speaks to me more and I like the messages. I’m trying to be more discerning about the deck I buy these days. I spent the last 2 years collecting a lot of decks, and I just recently re-homed half of them. I think I got caught up in the excitement of buying decks, but in the past 6 months, I have figured out more of what I’m looking for in a deck.

@@megadele65 me too, I've been trying to discern which decks I think would make a meaningful addition to my collection lately. If you feel like the oracle is better suited for you then I would say go far that one!

I’m also a summer baby (born in mid July) and haaaate summer. I don’t do well in the heat, and I have low energy from chronic illness so all the social things and activities make me feel so drained. Bring on autumn!

I always think I love summer until I remember I live in south east Texas and we don't just get hot, we get cooked. I don't have a single one of the decks you mentioned but I promise that isn't a permanent state! Lol, great video, thank you for making and sharing. 😊❤
