The female sugar glider is so beautiful!! for sure Suga and her are gonna be so happy once they get acquainted. Now I'm just waiting for the other lovebirds (or should I say loveturtles) to be able to swim in the pond!

never can I let an animal/pet eat a roach on any part of my body let alone getting any roach intestines on me. definitely would be screaming and running around. I'm amazed by how u love all creatures the same, good for u Mikey, u have such a kind heart

Well, this was super fun!! I kinda had to put my food down to get past this first part (LOL). I’m amazed at how far Suga has come. He’s totally at ease with you. I wonder how ya’ll being gone so much in Oct will affect him. I absolutely love watching you talk about Ants. You visibly transform to this super animated, passionate Uber Nerd. I’ve seen this several times in these vlogs, I saw this in person in Orlando, last year and, here you are again doing this interview. It’s very endearing. Cypher and Sahara are so funny! Cypher looks great with his new hair cut. That trick with the food in front of the cat is high-larious! Has Sahara gained some weight? I have to say, I have to laugh when you talk about your schedule and stuff. I know RJ knows this all backwards and forward so, you’re going to be OK. I hope you get some time in Dubai to explore (RJ must go shopping at the Dubai Mall and, hopefully take us with him, that would be awesome!). Try some Camel’s Milk chocolate, it’s pretty good (different than what you’re used to). Aw… Honey is so pretty!! She seems so tame and already engaged with you. It seems she may be a bit of a character, LOL. I’m excited to see this adventure unfold with her and Saga. Great vlog! Ya’ll be safe and I’ll see ya next time!

Mikey, you have no idea how tickled I am for you having found Suga’s future wife! About a year ago before I found your channel I saw a blog about gliders. I instantly fell in love with this creature, then I found your channel. I even mentioned to my wife that I hope someday to get one, though I know my wife would be too scared and perhaps I might be able to handle the responsibility. I have not seen a sugar glider in person but I am so obsessed of the thought of owning one. I think I might be too old for it, but by just watching your channel, in all honesty bring such a joyful feeling and huge smile in my being because I feel your passion in everything, special your love for these animals and the nature that surrounds you. You really are a cool dude and a great influencer! Even though you didn’t get to finish the course you wanted but then the nature and this Universe will always be part of your important role and existence because of your love and compassion for God’s creation. You are just awesome and you really inspire me to do more stuff in our garden, not exactly like what you do but just the inspiration coming from your positive vibes just gives me the energy. I am a little sad for your Iguana after finding out that he might be blind, but on the other hand I am glad that he found a new home in your care! Your new discovery of a new of ant, it is so exciting as well! It a silly idea but if your discovery would be final and legalized, I’d say name the colony or the ant’s official name be “ Langbustos” Lang is for Langgam, ant, the bustos, you lastname! Looking at Magnus, it doesn't seem like he's fully blind even if he's suspected to have any problems with his eyes since it looked like he was staring at the camera with his right eye at the start of the segment where you started feeding him. Speaking of the pouch in marsupials, there are two species where pouches are present in the males and these are the Yapok or Water Possum and the extinct Thylacine(aka Tasmanian Tiger or Tasmanian Wolf). Their pouches however are not for carrying young but for protection of their genitalia with the former having a pouch to protects its genitals while swimming while the latter have a pouch in order to protect their genitalia when running across scrubland or vegetated areas. It's unfortunate though that the Thylacine became extinct not long after they were declared a protected species as they were relentlessly persecuted by settlers to Tasmania due to them being seen as a threat to livestock. There are some alleged sightings of them in recent years though, but their continued existence has not yet been fully proven as some of the sightings and footage are due to misidentification of other animals like stray dogs or foxes with mange. And Honey looks really adorable. She seems pretty curious as well for an animal that was just recently brought to a new environment. Ironically enough with your announcement of perfoming at Sydney, Sugar Gliders can apparently found there as well in the wilderness areas of that state haha.

dont really agree with you saying this is like a mansion for the sugargliders. this should be the MINIMUM! and they need toys! please Mikey you have the money and space to provide an expectional home for them and feed them the right diet (Sugar's coat looks terrible). Build them a custom enclosure with lots of space to play and toys. But don't say that your cage is a mansion tell people that this is the minmium so peopel dont come to the idea to house them in tiny cages.

Mikey, Diatomaceous Earth or chalk (Food Grade), as you call it, actually dries up insects and they die. Is there another way to keep them in without drying them out?

I believe that hurricanes can pick up species from other islands and areas and transport them to another Island. or even if an ant gets in somebody's flight luggage tor transport

Grats to your new female glider Mikey. Make sure not to put them together in the same cage early. Bonding time is ok, but wait until Honey is in breeding stage. Sugar will definitely ravish Honey if you do.. I bred them for years as well and definitely reminisce the stinky smell of Sugar every time I watch this Glider videos of yours. Change Sugar's pouch as often as possible to lessen the accumulated scent in his furs. Looking forward for you to have a Joey soon. Trust me, Joey's smell is way better than adult ones. They smell like Guavas! :)
