Main points Mama made 1) work hard, be prepared for the difficulty of balancing family, kids, work etc.. you will have days where you will barely sleep 2) once your business is a success don’t stop there, further it, expand & add to your business. Keep growing it. 3) Don’t ever let a customer walk out without buying anything 4) don’t just stick to the price you have. Sometimes give the customer a discount, it will make them happy, they will come again and again. 5) Have a big heart, be more like a friend to your customer. Listen to their stories, let your business be a place they feel happy and comfortable in. 6) Be prepared to hear negativity from family members, but ignore it. As they say in one ear and out the other. 7) Don’t get upset if your workers leave you for better opportunities, despite you having helped them. Just focus on your own business, welcome new workers & give them the same level of help you gave to the previous ones. Mashallah very nice advice.
