@hrkness… I love both. Maybe Siamese Dream is more consistent for many, although I like all of MCIS. I do think the high points on SD (like Soma) are the best they’ve ever been. Either way.. they are both all time greats and obviously SP’s peak.

Stained Class by Judas Priest, I'm Certain, is better than half of the music on this list!!!!!

I like Lateralus, some atmospheric tracks, great bass lines and solid lyrics in tracks like “The Patient” for example, but I personally wouldn’t put it above Court Of The Crimson King.

He was already quite negative about Arcade Fire long before the allegations, when reviewing their last two albums. I'm not entirely sure how he felt, say seven years ago, about their first albums. I believe he's said that some of their earlier work hasn't always aged that well..? But anyhow, his negative opinions are not just because of Win's misbehaviour

The last 3 albums of theirs he wasn’t very fond about even before the allegations, but he spoke of their first 3 albums pretty highly in the past. As much as Tim’s input was a useful resource in determining that the Antarctic photos were a sham, that whole section rubbed me the wrong way. For one, the irony of a self-proclaimed “AI Artist” filing a DMCA takedown against people using his images without his consent is not lost on me. For another, I consider it to be deeply naive for a person to set out with the intent of making images that can be mistaken for historical photos, provide actual historical photos to the program he was using, and disseminate them onto the internet without considering that it would trick a bunch of gullible people.

I'm not sure if it's the best top 100 albums list of all time, but maybe it's in the top 100.

rigged and the doctrine monreo by farside is one of the best indie rock albums from the 90s and i recomend listing to these two albums. same goes to seaweed albums like four, weak, spanaway and i recomend listing to these albums also.

Toxicity is an absolute L pick, sound producing on this album is awful, rick rubin absolutely fucked up the sound of cymbals, guitar sounds terrible, in terms of guitar parts, its hard to find more simplistic one's, than toxicity have, vocals are great tho. Also, my fav song from this SOAD albul is aerils, which is copy of spiders, from their debut record
