My morning and night time routine have changed a lot, so I decided to make a new video on the updated routines. I wanted to incorporate daily offerings and spending more time with the gods and my ancestors as part of my spiritual routine so I decided to change it up.
My routines are specifically tweaked to me as a highly anxious and easily stressed night owl. So be aware that these routines might not work for you.

You have really good daily routines. I have learnt some new stuff today. Is ringing the bell & knocking the cards something a lot of people do? I will be honest when I do my cards I don't understand them very much, but I believe that the cards have been around a lot longer than I have, so I'm sure they understand me even if I don't understand them to well. I like to think that gods & goddesses & nature know & understand that not all people will understand everything, but will be happy with the interest they show. Great video. Thankyou Bente 👍♥️.

At first sight, I thought that is an oreo, you may have fallen asleep on it. It took me a pretty much long time, around 2 to 3 sec to realise how stupid I am.. Idk is it good to read or study under such light. I think it adversely affect our eyes.. And vdo is awesome relaxing cute beautiful soothing lovely as always. your cats are so cuty.. Say hi to them. Haha no problem! A lot of people say my plugs look like Oreos and I see it too 🤣 And yeah its probably not the best for my eyes I have to admit. But I don’t do it for hours, mostly only around half an hour so I guess it’s ok ☺️
