    White trunks; focus on establishing the jab and moving, cut the space to work close range briefly.

    I did forget about the jab this sparring session unlike the last one before this because I was trying to land the left hook instead of jabbing and finding range. Thanks for the advice God bless you.

    The guy in the white trunks shouldn't jump so much; after the first round, he gets gassed out. At his weight, he should consider less footwork, more dodges, and keeping his guard high. Keep up the hard work, champs! 🤝💪

    Yeah back then my conditioning wasn’t good, I had to stop training for bit due to my hip and low back being messed up from weight lifting, I only trained like a few days for this sparring sessions and gained weight in that time I was off but thanks for the input 🫡🤝

    Guy in white trunks doesnt assert his foot dominance when coming in (hint keep your lead foot outside your opponents foot) also white trunks throws too many arm punches, learn to punch with your feet.

    @@Chubssx3 Trust me I speak from experience, just keep at it. I changed my style to the soviet style (you dont punch until you place your foot) so it helped me with getting rid of my arm punches. You still look good!
