Alex said awhile back that they were wanting to kinda get away some from deathcore and more into nu-metal.

The genre is deathcore with influence of nu-metal now.

Air from both the diaphragm and lungs, as well as false vocal fold usage. Key information to know. There are true vocal cords and then the false folds. That's what I've learned from the channel The Charismatic Voice anyway.

There won't be captions with STP or deathcore in general. You'd have to look up the lyrics. Even then, it's half in Russian. He tends to move between English and Russian.

Same for David Draiman from Disturbed. Acid was dripping on his vocal cords and is still an issue.

He has cleans, but it's not good, check out Slaughter to prevail - Demolisher, I killed a man, Baba Yaga, Bratva, Hell, Agony, Ouroboros. Nice heavy hitting songs

I wouldn't say that they aren't great, he has been getting better at doing them and they do honestly sound great. So I'm hoping once he gets a good grip on them he starts adding them more into their songs.
