New vocalist name is Will Ramos. He’s demonic, he’s so good. CJ was amazing, but this kid is gonna take them farther. His range is inhuman.

The power of KZread absolutely amazes me. 15 years ago a band like Lorna Shore would have only been known in small pockets across the country. Now, a wide group of people are getting exposed to them and so many are not even kind of fans of metal. But this exposure is showing exactly how skilled bands like this are and how intricate and emotive music can truly be. Love ya'lls reaction.

That is Will Ramos (previous bands: A Wake In Providence, False Images, Monument of a Memory, Secrets Don't Sleep). First song in a while to give me mad chills. Listened to it a million times now and it still happens.

I am also from the golden era of deathcore with bands like Whitechapel, Carnifex, Job For A Cowboy, As Blood Runs Black etc. You definitely HAVE to listen to Infant Annihilator's song Blasphemian. The music video also sets the tone perfectly!

You’ll have to check out some Shadow of Intent as well!! They came out with an album late 2019 I believe, called Melancholy.

Try their album Immortal with their previous vocal Cj McCreery, it was a fantastic album! Try Immortal, Darkest Spawn, King Ov Deception, and Death Portrait. You’ll be blown away.

Maybe try Cattle Decapitation - The Geocide If we are talking still in the blackened Deathcore genre, Mental Cruelty released an album this year, A Hill to Die Upon, that focuses a lot more on the "blackened" part (a lot more symphonic elements in it/classical string instruments). I almost forgot to mention, currently Slaughter to Prevail and Lorna Shore plan to post new albums on August 13th. Don't know if that's when it will happen or not, but I'm really hopeful for it.

usually deathcore is not my cup of tea, i'm more to prog, tech, dsbm and death metal, but Lorna Shore takes me back to the deathcore-appreciation-classroom and i love it!
