my slow life in the middle of nowhere
reflecting on the past year after i made the big decision to move out of my city and retreat to the slow life. it has completely changed me more than i could have imagined and brought me so much closer to myself. i will be eternally grateful for this phase of my life.

I love your videos! I feel like I have a lot in common with you & the path you’ve taken, I also went from ssris to microdosing and have also moved around a lot. I can understand the feeling of never feeling quite settled while also looking to what’s next. You’re doing amazing & can’t wait to see where you go from here!

i wish i had touched on this more 😞 i actually knew a few people that lived here when i moved! but i also made new friends through Bumble BFF, going to group events in my area (there is a Bumble BFF IG group), and also going to workout classes/group meditations! excited for your new journey with your move, wishing you the best 🤍
