She doesn’t need a protective style. You females that put chemicals and weaves which damage the hair needs protection. I am all natural. I have natural LOCS. My LOCS are at my rear. I have been Loc’d 9 years.

Replace any fizzy drinks by *drinking plenty of water* to help flush out your system. Some people infuse their water with lime/lemon, cucumber, mint, etc., for added benefits. 2. B) *Eat plenty of vegetables and water loaded fruits* if you can afford it. This is an add on to your delicious meals. Carbohydrates and proteins are also necessary so ensure your plate and body has a variety of nourishing foods. This way you'll receive plenty of nutrients and vitamins. 3. *Check your linens and towels* that come into contact with your face. You may need to refresh them or replace them with a material soft for the face, like cotton (very breathable) or silk (smooth and soft). 3. B) The type of detergent or soap you're using for these materials/face might not benefit your skin. You may want to look into switching products as it is common to be allergic or irritated by certain products. What used to work may not work anymore because you are a growing individual, and that's a wonderful thing! 😊 Take your time during that process to analyze. 4) *Remember you're beautiful.* Again, do not stress out and give your body time and kindness. For me it was changing my diet…from the inside out and cutting out dairy and eating more plant based and drinking a ton more water. When your internal health is improving your skin should as well. Also visit a dermatologist and also a general practice doctor to check your hormone levels! This helps also to see if anything is not witting range. You’re beautiful no matter what!❤
