    I understand the sugar cravings, I too have made the cake trip to the grocery store. Sugary baked goods are my biggest sugar weakness. I’ve researched the whys and hows of sugar cravings and addiction. I can gladly discuss it with anyone interested, but it can be long and detailed. My diagnosis is new, and I’m in a flair that’s got me on my back most of the day. I struggle with not being able to do most anything I enjoy, or go see people I love. Turning to God is definitely helping, though I still have a lot of sadness, fear, and from those, hopelessness sets in. Your videos have been helping me see that life with all of these diseases might still be possible. Thank you!

    Needed to see this today… I’m loving on my Sjogrens and other invisible diseases… Taking it one day at a time… I stopped eating meat about 5 or 6 years ago. Before I was diagnosed. Still working on not having chips and sweets. But I have good days where I have very clean eating habits and the pain and fatigue is getting better little by little. Taking my time even after being diagnosed has been challenging. Just learning along the way the foods that cause inflammation. But… I’m learning something new every day… One day I’ll be eating even more clean foods. I just needed to see this to take the pressure off myself today. Thank you for sharing🤍
