My Service Dog journey before Kismet: I have regrets
When I first started trying to obtain a service dog, I went about things incredibly incorrectly. I have regrets, and I share them with you in hopes that others can learn from my mistakes. There is a correct way to go about getting a service dog, and it's not the way that I did at first! It's worth doing it correctly!

Thank you for sharing your story and being honest about your mistakes. Experiences are very educational and I find it inspiring that you didn’t give up entirely after all the setback you had. Also I think it was great that you chose to rehome the dog that you got from the shelters rather than just giving them back to the rescues.
