I quilt and garden, and both can be major sources of inspiration for colours and textures. Heck, sometimes fabric from my stash ends up in my clothes *and* my quilts.

I have shifted my view on putting together outfits since watching your channel and it has been amazing because I’ve started wearing clothes that I wasn’t sure I could style before😆 It’s allowed me to use so many more pieces and save them from being re-homed or turned into something else😊

I love your videos. I used to watch videos of stylists saying things like "don't wear this if you have this body shape" or "dont wear these colors if your skin tone is this color" or like what patterns and colors you should or shouldn't put together. But I love your videos so much because the older I get the more I realize that for me clothing is functional of course but also a fun way to try new things and express myself! I've never been one to wear the most trendy things and I tend to put things together that I don't see others wearing together. But I enjoy wearing what I put together and also it's not uncommon for me to get compliments too :)

I find so much inspo at concerts and festivals!! By far my favorite place to people watch.

While social media can be a cool way for regular people to share their style with fellow normal people fashion enthusiasts, it is so easy to get sucked into this capitalist, consumerist, exclusivity-chasing mindset, and it is disintegrating my brain! I dislike it so strongly. Not to be a boomer, but I really do got to put the phone down and touch grass more. Breathe fresh air. Look at real people. Read books and use my imagination. Stop seeking instant stimulation and let myself get bored so I can CREATE!!!! Also, I do like your themed outfit videos, Miss Liz Beepworld. :) I like those types of videos a bit less when people buy a a bunch of stuff just for the one video and then never wear it again, but you’ve never been one to do that, so I’d say you fit that concept in an inspiring and sustainable way.

I also love using architecture and interior design as inspiration - either in interior design books, walking around and looking up at cool old buildings (I’m from the UK so there’s loads around) or when I’m inside somewhere cool like a museum or other fun building, thinking “who would have lived here?”, “who would I be if I lived here?” - just another fun little one :)

I personally really love dressing like my favourite band. Whenever I get sucked into a band's rabbit hole I gotta express that. This can mean whatever the band means to you, like dressing what comes into your mind from their specific sound or adapting the way they are styled for photos. For me personally that can mean Maneskin, Camp Cope, Avril Lavigne, etc.

So for the past couple years I have been drawing inspiration from color palettes that I see in nature, like nature photography in books that I own or through pictures of flowers/sunset/landscape/forest photo and I have been loving it! There is a blog called the Vivienne Files that taught me to use art of a painting as outfit inspiration and I love doing that. For a whole year I drew inspiration from Vincent Van Gogh (🌻🌻🌻) and I loved it.

It’s kind of wild to imagine taking fashion advice from your five or twelve year old self but they might have been doing some cool stuff with what they had available!

omg i love acadia! i have family near there so we visit every year and it's SUCH a huge inspiration. once you go, you totally understand why maine has so many artists-in-residence and home galleries. you can't live there and NOT fill your life with artistic expression of all kinds! jordan pond is a particular favorite hike of mine because of the variety of scenery depending on where you are on the trail. your outfit 100% captured the acadia vibe!

My biggest fashion inspo the last 6 years or so has been the movie Pretty in Pink. Incorporating elements of Andi’s looks (and frankly ALL the character’s styles) has gotten me closer to what I feel is “my” style than anything else 🥹

every time i watch 10TIHAY (which is often, it’s one of my all time favorites) i’m like UGH i want to dress more like kat. i personally take a ton of inspiration from music, both the actual songs/sounds and musicians. sometimes i put a playlist on shuffle and let whatever song plays first dictate what my outfit will be for the day. i also love looking to debbie harry, joan jett, and 70s-90s rock musicians in general for style inspiration. as usual, i loved this! another thoughtful and fun video from miss liz beepworld ❤

I love the cicada earrings! I have the same ones! Also i love how out of the box you are when you think about styling. One of my favorite ways to look for inspo that i would say isn't too traditional is by looking at the way people style pieces i like on etsy in the reviews of the product. :)

Awesome idea for a video! I love the idea of getting inspo outside of Pinterest etc, ’cause you get to be so creative and really build on your unique style and preferences. Ofc there is nothing wrong with Pinterest, I use it daily, but I love the added inspo. ❤❤❤

Love this idea! I'd also add video games as a source of offline style inspiration. I've been playing Hogwarts Legacy, and now a lot of my outfits are casual fantasy / 17th century inspired. I love drawing inspiration from an overall world vibe (the architecture, settings, and clothes combined) -- because unfortunately you can't buy the clothes from video games.
