    @@ZippyG I eat healthy and have stayed at the same healthy weight of 90kg (6ft tall) for about 2-3 years now. I've been eating the same food for that time yet the sleeping problems got really bad around 4 months ago.

If you go to the gym and actually bust your ass lifting weights, running, or whatever, you will 100% be sleepy by the time you get home. Your diet has nothing to do with it

    If u sleep 7-8 hours a night n take 1-2 hours nap a day, that's a total of 8-10hrs sleep, with the benefits that provides u'll be more productive during the hours u are awake rather than being awake just for the sake of it. Its about quality rather than quantity

    Studies are now showing links to napping 2-3 hours daily and early onset of Alzheimer's. They still stand by 15-30 minute naps. That works for the majority of the world. Hyperactive humans like Khabib wouldn't make it with only a half hour. The work output is so high that they're literally needing long naps.

    My teacher once said I should get at least 8 hours of sleep a day, so I slept during his class cause he gave so much activities to do that I didn't even have time to sleep early at night 😅

    I study for 5 mins and sleep for 2-3 hours, wake up and study for 10 mins and sleep for another hours

    Sleep between training really helps, i sleep for like 2-3 hours before workout it becomes my pre-workout

    That’s y the technique gets locked in. All the neuromuscular memory gets downloaded during REM sleep. Or one of the states of deep sleep at least but during sleep. So right after training. Perfect. Plus balanced life God likes so u get the juice. Props to Khabib.
