This is my first year growing container tomatoes in patio pots! We're having a lot of rain in PA and concerned with overwatering & how it would effect my plants. Great video, very informative, I planted tomato seeds a couple weeks ago in a container, this is my first time planting anything, I also planted lettuce, green and yellow summer squash, they have all sprouted and are sitting in my kitchen window. I googled “transplanting tomatoes” and your videos came up. I just moved from Western Oregon to Wisconsin (big climate difference) and live in a condo with a patio. For the first time there’s enough heat and sun that I thought I’d try planting container tomatoes. Your videos are so helpful because you’ve taught me about the nutrients I need to add and shown me how to physically transplant them into larger containers, even if the fruit are already appearing. This method works GREAT! The difference between last years crop of tomatoes and this years crop is like night and day. All I did is follow these instructions and now I have a bumper crop of tomatoes. Thanks so much for posting this.

I’ve started planting my tomatoes & peppers in the Cactus Palm & Citrus soil sold in the orange bag. It costs a little more but I swear it works amazing for tomatoes & peppers.
