If you like to do something, you always get time for it. I agree the acads here do take a lot of time but it’s always how well you manage your time and in the end, things do seem worthy which also depends what you prioritise more :)

If you are Study CSE / ECE in depth with Research like Top IVY league colleges. In India IIIT- H is Best for Cse among all IITs. But If You are person to Enjoy College life & Study Top IITs/ NITs are better. Choose your decision. Peace 🙌🏽
