Keep at the grind bro, more jabs! Jab jab jab. At least you got in there, im 50 and have 2 bags & a custom made double ended bag i use tor a workout. Love the double ended but atm i have a broken wrist 😂 but dying to get back at it. I wish I would’ve been introduced to boxing when I was younger. Watch my double end bag video, i get better around 5he 2 min marker 😂 it was the first time really hitting it & it was about 2 years since i hit it. If not thats cool but more jabs bro it helps keep them at bay and will help you deliver more body shots. Good luck man…. Hit them hard hit them fast… ✌️
