Also, when Kaelyn left 7th grade to be homeschooled, it makes me wonder, how many other people did she end up bullying? She knows Kaelyn was gone, so if Anna stuck w/her bullying methods this long, she may need to rethink her ways. Ngl, Kaelyn prob. wasn't the only one who got bullied by Anna where Anna prob. has/did and/or may still have family issues going on at home. I feel like ppl who bully the way Anna bullied Kaelyn is due to the fact Anna prob. had no friends close enough to the point that she could talk to them abt. what was going on in her home life. And a lot of those bullies don't know how to express themselves in the way they should be able to. No matter how hard, difficult, and/or emotional it is, everyone needs to understand there's nothing wrong with talking about one's feelings. Anna prob. didn't have the friends she needed growing up due to her own perception of life thinking it's okay to be mean and bully other people. It's like a line from a TV show episode I saw recently: "She knows if she hurts people first, they can't hurt her." I feel like in grade school, it's more so family issues than friendship issues. No matter how young one is, I think we've all lost friends growing up, but we all need to learn how to assess ourselves in a way to make sure we weren't the cause of our friendship fallouts-and ofc most kids won't/don't understand that.

Honestly, and ofc this is a longshot, but in Anna's case, she prob. did Try to make friends in 1st grade, but was prob. too personal at first and being a little kid, not everyone understands personal space until you shrug them off. Maybe she felt like it was easier to be mean to other people than attempt to make a friend out of it. But for Anna to be 18 and still bully Kaelyn = Ridiculuous. If you never grew out of the bullying stage as a little kid, you'll never grow out of it not even as an adult and unfortunately, that makes life harder for some people out there because that means she is going to have very few to minimal friends if any as a young adult. No one's family life growing up should ever be that bad, but unfortunately, it does happen. There's something deeper down in her in order for her to think it's okay to be mean to other people & that behavior is encourage just makes things worse for other people. It sounds like no one ever once called her out on her bullying behavior b/c if she had been called out, I don't think she'd be as much of a bully now. I will NEVER condone her actions, but she was abt 7 or 8 yrs. old & most kids generally don't understand what they're saying and/or doing is mean and hurtful until someone calls them out & gives it to 'em straight. Due to her thinking that it's Ok to physically hit other kids makes me wonder: Did Anna possibly grow up in an abusive household? It's hard for any kid to understand those signs, but most teachers know those signs all too well. Most kids usually learn things from their parents (e.g. the hitting for example). But her actions still were not okay tho. And yes these are just theories I have.
