I LOVE your My Scene collection and how excited and knowledgeable you are about them ❤ Seriously impressive. And I totally agree with the ice breaker. I hated when teachers would ask about summer vacations, because not everyone can afford or get to go on amazing vacations (I’m still not over it either lol)

Every new Madison I get ends up being my new favorite but I think Juicy Bling is different... her color scheme is incredible. I'm shocked I don't see more hype for this line because it's truly amazing!! I need to turn off search alerts on eBay and Mercari because well... you'll see on Saturday LOL

Have you ever gotten a doll with mold spores where cleaning it didn't remove them all? That's a huge phobia of mine lol I got one recently and after I washed her I returned her to the seller because the thought of it potentially spreading freaked me out

Once I got one with a small hole in the shirt and when I went to wash it, it DISINTEGRATED from the mold??? That was truly horrific and I couldn't believe it! If they're just light spores that I can scratch off with my nail then I just scrub them and shock them with boiling water (someone here suggested vinegar which I'll add to the routine)! Also uhhh HELLO??? I've been a fan of yours for YEARS. What an honor to see you here :O

The seller didn't even disclose the hole but I just assumed it was an accident. It was a little too well hidden in the pictures but eh, I got a good deal anyways. I boiled the other girls' clothes and hair like CRAZY and so far they're looking absolutely flawless! And wow that's seriously so cool! I noticed you followed me on Instagram not too long ago and had a heart attack over it :P Thank you so much! It means a lot. I actually just started buying anime dolls so within the next few weeks they should start coming c:

Good morning! Love your videos! Fyi: Microban to your darlings hair....saturate n allow to air dry....mold issues gone n no need to mess their gorgeous hair. Microban spray like 3 or 4 dollars at target, walmart

Also for some reason when I boil washed my krystal bailey doll hair is stayed wavey and it's been awhile since I got her but her hair started curling up.

I use disinfectant wipes on the dolls after getting them at a Goodwill..I am sending a care package Brooke by the mail.Secret I want the package to be a surprise.Do you have any FROZEN dolls or Olaf?Maybe the seller being nice knowing you are a collector,knew the extras would get a good home.

I have a bunch of Frozen dolls and a nice Olaf! I'm missing Hans, Elsa and Anna Frozen Fever, Olaf's Frozen Adventure Anna and Elsa and Troll wedding Anna and Kristoff from the Disney Store Frozen dolls. I like to think that too :) I'm so grateful regardless. I really thought the seller was messing with me before the package actually arrived aha

Barbie club birthday has a different eye shape, I think it's the only one that came out like that and that's really nice when they have something more unique to them, because sometimes they all look the same except the make up is different or the parting in their hair lol

As a kid I really didn’t understand that their families just had more money than ours and when I’d ask my mom why we didn’t go anywhere or have a pool or whatever else she would tell us that we’re struggling (she’s worked her way up and now does very well but when I was young it was rough especially with my dad around)... but that didn’t like, make sense to me I guess? It just made me feel like she didn’t want to go do fun things with my brother and I which she definitely did. I went on a true vacation for the first time ever when I was 17 after I graduated with my associate’s degree and it was truly wonderful and I’m so grateful

@@xCanadensis Your work ethic & consciousness for spending as well as being appreciative, I think those are all valuable traits that easily pass by some kids with privilege. I’m a Mom with kids doing virtual schooling right now. In 2nd grade, they just had a daily vocab word like lavish, & the teacher gave an example like- ooohh you know vacations can be lavish, did you ever eat something or do something that you wouldn’t normally do at home and the price didn’t matter !! I was horrified lol I knew my kids wouldn’t relate, also terribly timed to have 7-8 year old kids think back to getaways. But still, I think an ice breaker to start the school year just starts you on a bumpy road.

I think good parenting and upbringing can exist in any financial class but I’ve DEFINITELY learned to be more conscious through the issues. I’m sure the teacher didn’t even realize that what they said could come off wrong and I now don’t hold it against them but LORD did it sting as a kid :( the worst was an major grade project about family traditions... my dad’s family was very estranged due to bad treatment of my grandmother and my mom’s family was disowned... all I had was my dad, grandmother and mom. I cried for weeks about how I didn’t have any traditions and the teacher would suggest things like “even eating dinner at the table as a family every night counts :)” and I’d never felt so alienated and wrong for something wildly out of my control. She just ended up telling me to lie and write as if I had one and how it would make me feel and I made up a big story about our “yearly vacations”... lol. I doubt I was the first student this ever caused issues for so it makes me sad that it remains in the curriculum. One of second grade classrooms I TA’d for had a holiday tradition unit with the same BS 🤦‍♀️ it’s crazy to me that this kind of thing is so prevalent.
