In General you cannot work more than the limitation and mostly the general jobs are paying the minimum. So at the end there is not much difference. Only difference is in the job difficulty.

I afraid that you’ll need to get your resident permit first. But if you can find job earlier, that normally shouldn’t be a problem.

Yes that is correct. I have mentioned on the other video regarding the student jobs. Keep in mind this rule doesn’t impact on internship agreements.
