I can't wait to take it out for a test run with my new puppy Sitka once the weather in Florida cools down. The decor looks great. If you don't watch Nomadic Ramblers you might watch there videos. They went this year for several months. And the first few videos was about when to go and where to cross the border easier.

I love the new decorations ! I have a lab puppy she just turned one year old and into everything ! She chases my chickens around because they are free raged ! Any way I hope you stay blessed ! See you on your big trip to Alaska!

Oh my goodness I have been so worried and stressed with my chickens and the dog . I see that I’m not the only one with this chicken free range Lab problem. :)

Go get a good boot from either a camper place or from a auto parts store. They leep rain etc out.❤

Thank you! Its been going through several different looks over the years but this one is my favorite of all. :)

When we want the windows open between truck and camper, I’ve used a big tube floaty- it doesn’t take too much air to fill the gap, and since it’s really thick, the air fills in more where the wider part is. I’ve always used my own lungs to air it up - looks silly like I’m kissing the floaty 😂. It’s an idea that works for me.

I was wondering about using one of those . Do you mouth fill it in place or put in place partially filled and then finish in place ?

@@SimplyRVing when I pre fill it, I wind up letting air out but I do partly fill it before I sit on the camper step/ bench at the window to put it in place. A bicycle pump will take just a few pumps. Since our campers have the over the cab beds, it’s fairly protected from sun and rain. We used to have a chihuahua that loved going back and forth.

So excited for your Alaskan trip also. That is a dream of mine also

❤ she's a beauty ! The proper dog diet you have her on is the magic. Camper remodel is so homey would be awesome with a mini fireplace. i just love wood cookstoves and fireplaces. Say do you need a passport to do the Alaska trip? Your getting me excited now to plan a trip there...I follow Girl in the woods shes all about building cabins in Alaska on her properties. 😊

I watch her videos also and very inspiring . No space for a real stove but if there was a miniature one rechargeable fire 🔥 that would be so cozy. :)

Love the camper redo, Lidia! Looks so clean and cozy. Is there any way you could use pool noodles for the pass through? You could trim several of them to fit and even glue some together to make it thicker in some areas and thinner in others? It seems like it might work. Take care and God bless.

I’Thank you for suggesting that and I had thought of that but can’t find them thick enough. I did hear about using a tire inner tube but with that slant in the truck I’m still not sure I can make it work. :)

Yes! Thank you I am waiting until after the election because 2024 may be a volatile year and I prefer not to cross the border during that time. :)

Your truck camper looks cozy! So what are you planning to ask on the other RV? I'm in FL and thinking about buying an RV to put in my backyard in case I get guest. LMK when you decide a price.

Good video. Are there any SOLAR portable ( ie: could carry in a purse or school backpack) power pack you suggest? Also,your Fur Baby is sooo Cute!!!

I have a purse portable battery for my phone when I travel. You can purchase them at Walmart. And Thanks, she is a cutie :)
