MY RHINOPLASTY JOURNEY - PLASTIC SURGEON GETS HIS NOSE DONE - DR. TANVEER JANJUA - NEW JERSEY

Ғылым және технология

That's right! I got my nose done. If you paid close attention to my videos from the past, you would've noticed that I had a crooked nose.

You are such a nice guide/doctor! I love when doctors have the same procedure performed and demonstrate the pre and post operative care. The only thing I would have to say is that people are so different with pain levels. I had really intense pain and my pain meds would completely wear off half hour before the next dose was due. I was staggering with extra strength Tylenol and that would help. I had a bit more work done so maybe that was a factor and I also have a very low tolerance for pain in general due to fibromyalgia. No one should ever feel bad for needing pain medicine. Uncontrolled pain is not conducive to proper healing and interrupts sleep, nutrition and caring for yourself.

He looks almost the same before and after the surgery! I mean i didn't even see his dorsum straightened and his tip elevated. He looks exactly the same! Even the before and after photos seem to be taken and compared in different angles. I don't intend to be judging and doubting but i can't find much difference especially the changes what he promised about his nose. Thanks

What an easily accessible, informative, and clearly explained video!!! I am so thankful I came upon it!! I have a deviated septum, and have not effectively breathed through my nose since early childhood. I have ALWAYs been a mouth breather. I am so grateful for the step by step visual demonstrations, tips, special notes, and ESPECIALLY your journey as a patient! I live in Canada but I am certain all of your future patients will benefit tremendously from your firsthand experience!! God Bless!✌

I just had a septoplasty, nasal valve surgery and turbinate reduction done this morning. It’s been about 8 or 9 hours since my surgery concluded and still no swelling and like you said, I’m icing non stop. I will do my first clean tonight with the same saline rinse you used. I’ve been prescribed narcotics, steroids and antibiotics. I’ve only taken Tylenol up until this point and I am wondering how necessary you believe all these medications are for my recovery? I would rather not take anything and just heal on my own.

I have scheduled my rhinoplasty in October. My natural nose bothers me specially when I see pics of mine and every time I smile I get self conscious with how my nostrils spreads and the tip is so rounded and bulbous it distract from my lips and teeth which I really like. I can't wait to get it done
