Eighteen in still a teenager...and I don't necessarily agree with your comment. Yes, maybe for a day or a little bit. But I feel like we try to give excused for doing nothing when seriously there isn't one! Take a rest day. But if you aren't doing anything for a week I'd work on that

I know it's normal, but sometimes I lose track of 1/2 days to weeks and months and I really hate it, so even on a rest day I have to do something productive (Journal, YOGA or workout, skincare and read book at night) I really loved her content because she was completely honest in saying that! And I know that relapses are normal but I can't, even on a Saturday and Sunday I wake up about 5/6 or 7 hours at most :/
