Chicken kofta can be made without eggs and taste better. You can make balls put that into hot boling water then add to the gravy and bring it to boil until oils come out from gravy.

Assalamoalaikum I mostly try your receipes if I have to cook something bcoz I m in the learning phase. Inshallah will definitely try your kofta reciepe. Just want to appreciate your habit of saying Bismillah before everything n remember allah , I get inspired by u and will try to inculcate this habit in me bcoz I m also a practicising Muslim n my mother always asks me to do Bismillah before everything.

ISP ART OF PARENTING...they conduct really nice classes in mumbai...hope you make some efforts explore motherhood in holistic way. Not everything is about all branded products and luxuries. Engaging the child in right way is also important.

Isme healthy kaha hai ?? Itna zyada tel aur masale healthy nahi hota. Zaruri nahi ghar pe banaya huwa harek dish healthy ho. Home made bol sakte ho but healthy to nahi hai. Didnt u see the amount of oil.

It is just my opinion towards her and her child,,,,she being a public figure beside that she cooks for her family and take care of her child,,,it is not necessary to poke nose in every other person,,, you might be a great mother/father or daughter/son or a good cook I'm not judging what or who you are,,its might be really commendable the person you are,,no offence!! Instead of mincing raw onions I always take a kilo or half of onions chop it and boil it without water in a pressure cooker then blend it and freeze it into cubes and use accordingly as you need in gravy it saves a lot of time and gravy is creamier also
