i would say for the dandruff picking you should stem away from picking at it and instead add MOISTURE AND OIL. i recommend braid spray and scalp oil

a tip for flaky skin, I had that too a couple months ago then I started using rose soap and rose micellar water and it's soooo good for my skin, mine is from Bulgaria as that is where those roses are found but they might also just have some other type in LA.
