You are skilled with Shang. Not everyone uses skills. They spam untill shadow and then use shadow combos. In my opinion if they decrease the length of shang's weapon then it will be good. They can't spam from a distance.

When someone masters a character for everyone it doesn't need any skill but when u cant use a character properly then that needs skill😮

Bro, I am your dearest subscriber. I played with shang now. At 2:50 p.m. (Night)😅, actually they have reduced the speed of attacks. And especially the speed of whirlwind (shadow attack) and spinning attack (back attack). Before the update, we were able to do fast attack and combos of shadow moves. Now, Shang is not dead. But we have to attack smartly. Because of slow speed of attacks opponent can dodge it easily. But, the speed of kicks is normal like before. Actually, the spinning attack (back attack) of shang was slow before the update. Now, the attacking speed is very slow. Like we have to wait for completing the attack, opponent can attack while Shang's attacking animation. And, before update, after performing the rolling upper kick of herald heroes, Shang was able to do whirlwind shadow attack very quickly like opponent cannot do anything. But now, after special herald kick, whirlwind activates after some seconds. Opponent can dodge that and break the combo very easily. Then rain of arrows and eruption ( shadow moves) are normal like before. I again want to say that he is not dead. But ya, he is slow attacker now. We have to think and attack. Because fast attacking heroes like Ling can easily attack us while doing attacking animation of Shang.

4 talent shang win %40, 5 Talent shang +%90 yea he is right shang for no skill players guaranteed combo, thanks to 5th talent

Shang definitely required no skill, just camp until shadow bar full, then be aggressive, wish shang got shadow damage nerf instead tbh

Я ничего не понимаю... почему многие игроки, играя за монаха Шаня, когда производят теневой приём "захват души" - начинают ждать, пока противник приземлится, чтобы перебросить его? Зачем? Это ведь ненадёжная техника. Лучше всего провести супер-комбо гуань-дао, когда противник приземлится на ноги, это даст дополнительную теневую энергию, если захват души был последним теневым приёмом, в добавок эта тактика всегда 100% работает.

Remember guys.If you want to hard counter shang.Pick iron clad with high pain thereshold.

Reason why we use dragon - for more range of eruption and arrow rain Reason why we use viper- for more speed in whirlwind and soulgrip They have nerfed the very reason we use these talents Now the abilities with more range i.e. whirlwind and soulgrip have dragon abilities The abilities which are already fast I.e. eruption and arrow rain have more speed So practically they made last talents useless Kekki is literally high on weeds🤬🤬🤬 I bet the reworked Shang will be better than this nerfed Shang

It requires skill, but he's most easy to play. His shadow combos were deadly. Overall he was very unfair hero.

Shang is a begginer character like Kate and ling....spam shadow combos like brainless person...even watching at Shang videos feels boring..hope nekki fix it with rework

The only reason this nerf is happening is because of new and noob players They think that they can become pros in one day When they lose a fight or unable to dodge a combo their ego gets hurt and then they complain like shitters in that support section They should practically remove that support section Why are the old players who have spent considerable time developing these skills are paying the price😡😡😡

because even a noob can execute them. There is a reason everybody uses characters like Itu, shang at high leaderboard you clown. Why don't we see emperor, helga, cobra? Surely a skilled person can play skillfully with any character, it's always characters like Itu, shang and lynx at top. Use your brain instead of boot licking your fav youtuber.
