A wonderful haul of really useful products - thanks so much for sharing. Love the sewing magnets! And hello from a new subscriber who loves slow stitching and also shares videos of my projects. Cheers, Christine
love your choices!! thanks for sharing!
YAY for the rounded corners - no miters - using the premade binding!
Thanks, Karen. I love seeing all the things!
Thank you Karen! Such good product reviews.
Great buys at Quiltcon Karen. Love the magnum magnets and wooden tray👍💗🇦🇺
Thank you so much. I really enjoyed all the work that you did to bring all the utubes to us
What a fun review of your things! I’m going to check out several products you featured. Thanks so much for sharing!
Great finds🤗👍❤️
Wow! So many cool things you showed us! I will have to replay the video again and jot down the things I would like to try! Thanks Karen!

🎉ME TOO!
Fantastic video..great ideas!!!
My dad used to make Shaker reproductions (including oval boxes), so I'm so glad to see others who make and enjoy the craftsmanship of those pieces. Thanks for sharing.
Loved your goodies. Instead of ordinary sew tites I use neodymium magnets which come in lots of sizes, are really strong and are round so your thread doesn’t catch on them.
Yay bias binding! I need to order some!
Wow! So many great products. Thanks for sharing.
WOW! Colour me jealous! I have to rewatch this one and write down those items. You bought all the stuff I would have! Love the basket, the sew totes (yes I have the small one for PPE, great for wool too). Thanks for sharing that, Karen. QuiltCon is on my bucket list too!
Genius binding!!
Oh wow!!!! That was amazing….even though you had a few set backs, but you soon forget about them :)
Thank you for sharing! Love the comment about a Mother’s Day gift! New lipstick color? Should be your signature color as it looks marvelous on you! 😊
Purchased ironing pad. Expensive but just great Also includes fat quarter of matching fabric!

Hi Doris
Pre-made bias quilt binding and rounded quilt corners? Brilliant! And custom quilt templates? Just what I need! What a treasure this video was, Karen. Thank you!
Karen I’m so glad to hear that you will be coming to Raleigh NC, for Quilt Con 2024!! I live just south of Raleigh and I can’t wait to meet you!!!! Can’t tell you how ecstatic I was to know it would be here.
You look really good Karen, I hope that means your jaw is feeling better and you are getting lots of walks with Mondo and family. Take care!

Hi Corrine
This is Awesome, I think I will be trying this at my retreat in a couple weeks. Thanks for thr inspiration of that block. Will try thr last way. 😊😊
Thank you so much for sharing the stuff you got! I am going to QuiltCon 2024! I'm so excited for it and I have been watching videos on last years QuiltCon! I will also have to go buy those sewtites for my long arm too! :)
Great products all! There were so many wonderful vendors, I could have spent days on that floor! I too flew to QuiltCon, I took only a carry-on bag and a large tote. This kept my purchases to a minimum but that was okay, I bought mostly small fun stuff, a couple of useful notions etc. I have been quilting since 1985 and didn't 'really' need anything but one cannot go to the Con and not buy a few things! QuiltCon 2024 is just 2 hours away from me in Wilmington, NC - I can drive!
Joy, I love you!! 😂You are a party just waiting to start. 🎉
Great haul! And it looks like you're staying on your meal plans!
What great tools!
Thanks for sharing Karen! I was lucky enough to come home with the QuiltCon goodie bag too! It was my first QuiltCon and I’m already looking forward to next year in Raleigh too! And thanks for taking a selfie with me after a lecture!! 😍

Looks like you had a great time. You will have to provide an update on the sew tites, they look like they do the trick
Karen, I have written before and I KNOW you get hundreds of messages, but I am wanting some guidelines to make the beautiful multicolor HST quilt behind you. I have read it was a gift. Can you give me an idea of colors, maybe Kona brights, also any idea of many jelly rolls or charms or layers were used? I LOVE THAT QUILT❤. Thanks for any help you can give.
Great video!!!!
Just now ran across this! I was just about to ask for suggestions on using the wool mat. I did ruin a cutting mat using a steam on the wool mat on top of it. Yikes! I was thinking to make one of those plywood covered ironing stations, but I do not have the space. I thinkthis IronMatik product will be the answer. I can use it on my quartz countertop in the kitchen when I need a large space and did want one big enough to iron fat quarters. Thanks for this info!
Thanks you for sharing your quilting knowledge. I love your attitude towards everything and truly help with my enjoyment of sewing.

Great to see new products ! What is the great gizmo you have to hold your binding? , looks like it was mounted below your sewing table
Wow, thank you for this! The pressing pad doesn't transfer heat or moisture? This would be a game changer for me. Also, love your hair, you look so fresh!
Thank you for sharing these products. Also Thanks so much for introducing us to Kena Tangi Dorsey in one of your interviews. My guild had a trunk show & class with her this past Sunday. It was Wonderful. Entertaining show and class, we all learned some new techniques and had a great time as well. We would have never known about her without you.

Great product reviews
I'm trying the Bessie Pearl bias binding!
Thank you. Didn’t know about the magnets, would help in not getting sticked with pins
Thanks for sharing your new goodies! I paused and went back to look at the holder you have for binding that's attached to your table. I need that! It kind of looks like the handle on my longarm.

I know right? How did it attach? Must have!!!!
Great video! The ready-made bias binding and the Magnums - why did it take so long to invent those things?? LOL! (And you are looking svelte, lady...)
I am very interested in how you like the longarm magnets! I keep bandaids with my pins! Soooo many pokes!!!
Hi Karen! Have been a fan for years and this video, like all your others has been very helpful and opened my eyes to some new quilting bits I’ve never seen before. Always inspirational. Thank you! Question; you always list your equipment at the end of your videos, but I’ve never seen a listing for your foldable Sewing Table? I’m curious to know what brand it is? Or if it’s something custom that you cooked up yourself? And is there a video about it? And keep the videos coming! T
Another great video
Awesome goodies
Thank you for this videos as well as you others!! I really really NEED that contraption that you use for your binding as you sew it on! Please who is the maker??
Love sew tites and they are made in my home state of MT
Karen, thanks for all the tips on products. I loved the rounded corners,my question is “ would regular binding work on rounded corners with a smooth finish “. Thank you from Niagara.

No. You need the stretch of the bias to have your fabric lie flat
Thanks for sharing all your goodies.i think I smiled through the whole video😊
I want more info on these Sewtites for the longarm! Post a review please!
See you in NC!

Hi Barbara
what fun
I have received recently a quilting room of fabrics from crumbs to up to around 10 yard pieces its over 2 of those 24 cube storage units and 4 bookcases not to mention totes, absolutely nothing is organized, or anything ...help how and where can I start . I have a 3rd wall of built in shelves but I can't walk anywhere as there's no walkway right now .I've made a first quilt only vaugly remembering how my grandmother made hers. I've so many I want to make but I don't know what I need material wise for them and how to set up my stash to know and manage this mount Olympian. I have the basics but how do I figure out what to make first is there a routine you follow. Any ideas are so helpful.
That caddy is beautiful but would be useless for a cat owner, no lid to stop curious paws 😸 I have to have lids on everything! Looks like you had a great time.
I live near Raleigh!!!! When is this next one? I need to make sure I come!!!🎉

Do you follow any routine in your sewing room im a new quilter( made my first only going by what i vaguely remembered my grandmother doing) absolutely nothing was square ,trimmed or measured😂 ended up with a 3 in dart running up the middle of one side😮. I have the basic tools and received 3 walls of completely random material. I want to make so many different quilts but im not sure how to get from standing in doorway looking at all of it to actually haveing the 50 or so quilts made i want to do for the womans shelter and my huge family. Nothing is in any order it was just put in bookshelves and 2 of those 20 cube storage units and a wall of built in shelves. Do you have a method to follow .thanks
Have you done a video on making your own templates.
What is the best pen for use when quilting?
How about trip to next years quiltcon leaving from Toronto

I always cut my own binding strips and sew them. I’m going to look into Karen’s company…clever name!!

I saw you had fabric from Alaska trip, in an old video. I'm in USA. Do you know how I can get souvenir fabric from various states I travel while touring US?Most stores I've visited. don't have such a thing. Perhaps there is a market for such a thing, or is it just me?
Hi Karen. I visit friends in North Carolina. Could you share the link to where to book for quilt con next year please. Thanks.

Question about booking rooms for QuiltCon - is there usually an "official" hotel or 2 or 3? Or a special rate for attendees, or something similar?

The link for the Shaker Sewing caddy doesn't work correctly. I just tried it and it said to check your URL. It goes to their site but I don't want to just order it without you getting "credit" for it.
