Thank you for your comments. Yes, golf is a tough sport. It's played on the day. Just a few days ago I played a great round. So was hopeful but it just didn't come through this day. Will keep posting my update. Thank you for watching.

When one thing is going right the other falls apart. They're so many things to the game. So many aspects. One needs to be so mentally tough. It makes sense why pga pros are hiring mental coaches for their performance

Thanks for sharing your golf tournament experience. Your round was very relatable. Sorry you didn't play to your capabilities--especially galling to play poorly when your group included the winner!--but you're obviously a better player than you showed and you'll do better next time. Looking forward to your next video

Thank you so much for your comment. Yes, I was quite disappointed with the game since I felt the game would be better. I played some good couple of rounds before that. But I guess playing a tournament is a different beast. I will keep posting my progress. Thank you for watching the video.

Try not too be soo hard on yourself.we need to remember that we golf to have a good time .I only get serious/focus 10 seconds before my shot other then that it’s all about being outdoors and enjoying life 😊❤ 🇨🇦

So after this round I was quite down and then I realised that I was taking it too emotionally. And that was affecting my game tremendously. I played a couple of days of golf after this and it was better than this round but still needs improvement. I just need to relax a little I agree with you. But the game is so frustrating sometimes. Haha

Shaan! Great video - thanks for sharing. Tourney golf is SOOOO mental. Those of us that have played understand completely. You need to find a calm Zen-like center before the round. Remember, no matter how good or bad you play: 1. Its a wonderful game we get to play 2. No one's life depends on the outcome and 3. The course will be there for you again tomorrow! As a side-note for chipping around the green (within 3-4 feet) - have you considered using an 8 or 9 iron and a putting stroke to better control the outcome?

Thank you so much for watching and commenting.. I have been able to find the zen before the round but I cannot seem to stay in it. The frustration gets to me. I have been trying to work on the mental side of the game for a while. Its far improved now.. Hoping to keep sharing my progress in tournament golf hoping to improve. I have thought of chipping with an 8 or 9 iron but this particular course the greens are very fast and they are undulated. In another course I will make a video on soon that strategy works. But for this course I have found it to be a little more difficult..

unfortuned but i feel you i played a tounrament about 3 over on 18 holes an i had 3 very bad holes (Tripels) and that rouined my round... but still fun to watch

Bad putting day. 17th reminded me of myself. 😂 also the golfing gods helped you in the 18th on the first shot but you were too down and out by then.
