True but they say over 30 is risky because most people aren't eating healthy and exercising where as she has been on a health journey since her divorce so her body is in healthy condition for pregnancy

I am my mothers second child she had me at 43, today I am 25 and my mother is healthy and not to mention looks way younger than any other person in their late 60's by about 20 years. She says she was able to take way better care of her health with me because she was at an age where she knew taking care of herself was priority. So yes, it is possible to still have a child later in life, unless you are not a healthy person in general telling someone they can only children in their 20's mostly is a matter of ageism, I also have a family friend who just recently had a healthy baby at 39, so go figure.

I’m 37 & someone said to me..girl you better hurry up as your eggs are running out. That hurt my heart, my mum had me at 41 & hearing Jeannie getting pregnant at 42 gives me hope. Congrats Jeannie 🥰

Don't let people rush you. Make sure you have a partner who will be there with you. There's nothing more hurtful than going through pregnancy by yourself.

yes, my daughter’s dad experienced “sympathy” pains during my pregnancy and during labor. While I was in labor he was laid out on the floor and throwing up to the point the doctors sent him home because he was so sick. Soon as I delivered, he immediately felt better and returned to hospital.

Jeannie is like the perfect example of a boss showing how it truly is being a female in diverse and relatable circumstances. She will be a great mom.

I kept my pregnancy secret for 7 months... no family no friend knew about it.. and it was the best decision ever ... very relaxing and not stressing period at all...

Delayed, not Denied!! God is so amazing!! Praying for a continued healthy pregnancy, healthy birth and healthy baby girl/boy!!! May God continue to bless your union w/ your husband!! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for saying this, I’m 22 and still at university with no job, I got pregnant and I never wanted to have an abortion. Everything is so hard on me right now but I’m trying my best and everyone around me is pissed but I’m due next week and can’t wait to see my little baby. I knew something wasn't right when my African friend was preparing fufu. The smell of eugusi made me run out the house. 2 hours later I found out I was pregnant with my beautiful 15 yr old😊 Congratulations Jeannie you are about to experience a love that only moms understand. Yeah that’s what I thought too, but she does say her doctor told her to stop treatment because she ended up getting pregnant naturally a week after her wedding. All in all, I’m still very happy for her 😭👏🏼❤️

I’m currently 6 months pregnant and my hubby has had the same symptoms as me including the nausea morning sickness and cravings as well as the throwing up

Jeannie, never second guess about educating us; knowing about others cultures and believes makes us understand them, be patient with and deepens the respect, and if there is ever a sure way to cure this silly but most dangerous and damaging thing called racism, it is true understand other core believes and values. @@elizabethtimothy4776 oh i dont know the difference between freezing and retrieving, i am german, so english is not my 1st language...what is the difference? i just remember she said on the real back when she was with freddy, that she has had a dozen eggs frozen in case she changes her mind down the road. thats what i was referring to, the dozen eggs that were frozen already.

Only in western world is 40 old/ high risk. I believe it is fear mongering as it's a billion dollar industry; also the idea that we want to dictate everything in our lives at all cost is ridiculous. My mother was so super organised that she deliberately waited to get the right man and even at 37 she said her child has to be KG ready and at least potty trained so waited 3years to try for the second which comes happens within 5months, she had her second after 41and then had my baby brother at almost 46. I am the least surprised that Jennie got pregnant naturally and if she's not careful she will be pregnant again before her baby is 6 months especially if she is not preventing it since she might think it took about a year to get this, not to worry God has a sense of humor.

So truly happy for you Jeanie...The love you two share shines through so brightly and this baby will be so loved and you will be Such an Amazing mom.

Omg, I'm super excited for you guys! I'm even more excited that you willing shared your story with us. I can definitely say I understand how you felt going through a chemical pregnancy. It sucks because you literally do experience everything. When you have a partner who is supportive and doing it with you. It brings you closer because your partner feels what you feel. Its really emotional. It even makes you feel like okay what's wrong with me? Why can't I go through this? Sometimes its not either one of you its just the timing. I literally was stressed out going through it with family. Lord knows I didn't want to bring a baby into the world going through nonsense. My daughter was so sick and tired the first trimester. My daughter’s boyfriend was having symptoms too. When I was pregnant my mom had them too. Congratulations to you guys can’t wait to see you guys with the baby.

I’ve heard that when the husbands, men, significant other is feeling all of the same symptoms as the pregnant mommy, it means that they really love you. That’s why they experience all of your symptoms along with you. Not sure if this is an Asian superstition or if other cultures believe the same thing. The same thing is also said about period symptoms or side affects as well. Congratulations Jeannie and Jeezy!! ♥️✨🎉

I'm African American and 43 and growing up that's what I also heard..my son's father was an ass so naw, but I had my daughter at 41 with a really good man who loves him some me, and he felt all my pregnancy cravings and aches 🥰☺️

In nursing school I learned it’s a natural effect that happens to men. It’s called couvade syndrome. The men get sick or gain weight.

10 years trying for me. Finally have my 1 1/2 year old boy and 1 month away from having a baby girl. God’s timing is perfect 😍. Sooooo happy for you! Bay areaaaaaa!!

My boyfriend definitely experience the same cravings as me. We would be buying TONS of cookie dough ice cream everyday eating it and gaining weight together! He was so upset about weight gain, but his craving was so real, he would be going to the store late at night for ice cream

This is the most exciting news ever! Girl…I’m 35 years old, and 17 weeks pregnant. I get told I’m high risk at basically every appointment. I was even told to prepare to deliver at 37 weeks rather than 40 weeks. This is definitely a time to embrace 💖 Congratulations to you and Jeezy!

Smh at my teenage self that used to think ppl in their 30s got their life together look at us now 35 in "high risk pregnancies".. I believe most women are good of course subjectively but also it was the boom of birth control so we all must consider this.. I'm so excited for u & ur journey girl! Blessings 💖

So exciting. Congrats. I had the sickness, the gagging and wind. I lost weight first trimester both kids. Its all so worth it. My other half didn't experience any symptoms while i was pregnant as far as im aware. My bump was similar for both kids. Got one of each.
