But contraction കൂടി കൂടി വരുമ്പോ അറിയാതെ അലറി കരഞ്ഞു പോകുവാണ്... എത്രെ ശ്രെമിച്ചിട്ടും control ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല... മനപ്പൂർവം ഒച്ചയും ബഹളവും ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് അല്ല... ദയവു ചെയ്തിട്ട് ലേബർ റൂമിൽ duty ക്ക് നിക്കുന്ന docters നോടും നഴ്‌സ്‌മാരോടും പറയുവാണ്... ഒച്ച ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു pain എടുത്ത് കിടക്കുന്ന ആളോട് shout ചെയ്യരുത്... അവർ മനപ്പൂർവം അല്ല ചെയ്യുന്നത് എന്ന് നിങ്ങൾക്കും അറിയാം... Control ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയാത്ത pain ആണ് ഡെലിവറി pain... അവരെക്കൊണ്ട് control ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്ന കാര്യം ആണെങ്കിൽ തീർച്ചയായും ആ situation ൽ അവർ സഹകരിക്കും, ഒച്ച ഉണ്ടാക്കാതെ control ചെയ്യും...

Hey Shilpa, im pregnant . This is my 6th month of pregnancy and watching your story gave me a lot of positivity about the delivery.

That was the most realistic experience I have ever heard. Really appreciable.

ഞങ്ങളുടെയും ഒരു surprise ആയിരുന്നു... എപ്പോഴും period miss ആവുമ്പോ test cheyummayirunnu but negative ആയിരുന്നു... അങ്ങനെ oct 7th (2020) ന് ആണ് test cheyunnath അപ്പോ eattan ആണ് test cheythath... പിന്നെ ഞാൻ വന്ന് നോക്കുമ്പോൾ ആൾ ഭയങ്കര happy ഞാൻ നോക്കുമ്പോ അതാ two pink lines... I was shocked... Epo 9th month aayi... June 8th ആണ് date എല്ലാരും പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കണേ.... 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

14 hours ആണ് delovery pain അനുഭവിച്ചത്.. . Starting muthale nalla contraction ഉണ്ടാരുന്നു.. But utres വികസിക്കുന്നുണ്ടാരുന്നില്ല... പുലർച്ചെ 3 ക്ക് pain തുടങ്ങിട്ട് evening 3 ആയിട്ടും മോൾ paguthi മാത്രേമേ ഇറങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ടാരുന്നോളു... Cant imagin that painful hours...
