Hi dear. Just a suggestion for making ghee. Just keep out late at night and add some curd into it. In the morning you will get almost makhhan. Just thoda sa Spatula se hilane par bhi makkhan nikal aayega.

But aluminum k utensil dishwasher me kharab hote h😶

One more thing we shouldn't consume copper water more than 3 months on regular basis . After that stop consuming it for one month and than a normal person can consume it. Otherwise It creates toxicity in the body if someone consumes it on regular basis.

Di agar malai se ghee jaldi banana ho toh malai ko kadhahi mein dalne ke baad jab wo pighalne lage tab usme ek ya do nimbu ka ras nichod ker dal de esse malai fat jayegi or malai se thodi hi der meinghee nikal aayega ker ke dekhiye mein essi tereh banati hoon try ker ke dekhiyega agli bar or nimbu dalne se ghee ke taste mein koi farak nahi padta hai

Ji bilkul roti pe lagaya parathe banaye ya daal mein dal ker khaye bacho ko de koi farak nahi ayega swad mein or ghanton kitchen mein ghee banane ke liye khada bhi nahi rehna perega or toh or kadhai mein niche lag jata hai ghee banate waqt woh bhi nahi jelega or ghee jiyada bhi niklega.
