I'm on my fourth month of using tretinoin, and wanted to share my current routine, which focuses on hydration, moisture barrier support, and keeping my skin as healthy as possible, so that I can continue to use my prescription without having to take breaks in order to heal damaged skin.
Using tretinoin can definitely feel a bit intimidating, but with some trial and error, you will definitely find out how best to incorporate it into your skincare regimen. This video is just to show you what I like to do in my routine, so don't feel like you need to do all of these steps in yours-take whatever tips you need from it, and create what works best for you-and always make sure you do your own research, and test out any products before using them all over, to avoid any irritation.

Loved seeing your skincare routine. Ended up ordering one of those Solawave Red Light Therapy wands. Between how compact it is and how it's not crazy expensive relative to other Red Light Therapy devices, excited to try it when it gets here.
