Tbh if you can find a PS2 and a copy of MVP 06 pretty cheap these days (07 is basically a carbon copy), its loads of fun and I have spent far too much time on dynasties in it

Agreed. Was kinda bummed he gave up on MLB the Show. He definitely needs to make this a staple on the channel.

So Drewski doesn't know where Saskatchewan is, but he somehow called it perfectly when he put a barn, a train, and a freakin' grain elevator in the background of his nightmare field. That's funny.

He thinks college baseball players have partial scholarships because college baseball doesn’t generate that much money. That’s not why teams have just 11.7 scholarships to spread out among its players. “Some knowledge” is a bit of an overstatement. After all, they don’t call him “Not the Expert” for nothing.

@@lucasscott6984 You're misinformed. Baseball is limited on scholarships because of Title IX rules. Female and male sports combined must be equal in scholarships for all NCAA Athletics. The problem is football (a male sport) does not have an equal female sport. This means cutting into the scholarships for other male sports and having female-only sports under the Athletic Department (i.e. soccer, gymnastics, etc.) to compensate.

You’re so right. After his first MVP upload, I went looking for other videos of people playing franchise mode, and couldn’t make it through one video of anyone I found. Drewski does it right.

I LOVED these NCAA baseball games growing up and still do honestly. I want to see you keep playing this for sure.

I live in Charleston and this is exactly what happens every Charleston baseball game so I guess this game is good at simulating

Don't forget to recruit, you get 150points each week. You can let them add up ovwr time but big recruits you need to spend some points on every week.

Quick tip NTE, when your fielding and trying to throw to a base, you want to hold the analog stick still the bar around the player fills to the green

This is a great game also entertaining possibly a series!! Just wish the game clips were longer very fun game

NTE Baseball videos are the best!!

Note on recruiting, points reset each week and you get more points per week if you spend the points. Points reset on Mondays at least in 06 so you should have like 450+ points to spend. You have to find a balance between going after big timers and smaller players so you'll fill out the rosters. Basically you can't sim a month at a time without missing out on players.
