1. ur hair is GORGEOUS 2. i needed these tips THANKSSSS 3. so excited for baby boy!
Just a heads up that weighted sleep sacks aren’t recommended by the AAP because they can increase the risk of SIDS by depressing the central nervous system. I know we all want more sleep but for me it’s not worth the risk. If you want a great alternative, I really love Woolino because they are made of wool and help to regulate the baby’s temperature.
I absolutely LOVE our dreamland sleepsacks & swaddle!! (The one with arms is to transition from being swaddled to then sleeping with their arms out! Helps with the startle reflex!)
Omg can’t wait you will be a great mother KennaDee
Breastfeeding tip…don’t quit. It’s hard. It’s time consuming. It can hurt in the beginning but if you’re committed…you have to push through and DON’T QUIT💜

Quit if it will provide better food for the baby. Don't let others pressure you.
Kennadee you are going to be the best mom i can already tell!! You are so excited and it makes me so happy to see that💕
I’m so excited for you to become a mom!! Your moment is almost here! Question, will you be doing a birth vlog?? ILY SO MUCH little baby Ace is so blessed to have you guys ❤️
I'm so excited to see your post-pregnancy journey!! I wish you the best of luck when you're gon' give birth
I love that you're going into it so open. You have a plan to work towards, but are so open to the fact that things change. You would be amazed how many people end up seriously harming themselves and/or their babies by being so set in stone about their birth plan. I also love the way that you described everything here! You are going to do great! Whatever gets you and Ace together as healthy as possible!! 🎉🎉
Very important: Pre pack a bag of snacks for Chase, that’s something you can go ahead and put in your car.Don’t forget your phone/chargers and a book or something to do for both of you cause labor can be long and while you nap(& believe me you will between contractions) he'll have something to do.
I pray that you have a safe delivery and a speedy recovery and healthy baby boy
Hi Kenn! With my son, I did decide to breastfeed. My original goal was 3 months, and we ended up going until he was 9 months! Breastfeeding definitely presents its own set of challenges, you will be sore, your baby will cluster-feed for what feels like hours and days on end, but can I tell you it has been one of the most rewarding parts of Motherhood I have experienced so far? That bond that only you get to share with your child, that God given ability is truly incredible. My son turns 2 years old in a couple of months, and I often look back at all those moments or those nights when I just felt like I would NEVER sleep again....and I miss them 🥲 And that's the irony of Motherhood, lol. Constantly wanting to cherish the moment, but sometimes in the moment is just an overstimulated and sleep deprived mom, haha. But just know that whatever you choose, will be what's best for you and your baby.❤ We did transition to formula around 9 months because my supply took a hit, and my son seemed ready to move on. If you do decide to breastfeed, make sure you are constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY drinking water and eating. The more water you intake, and the more calories you intake the more supply you will have. I was advised to drink and eat a snack every-time my son nursed. And you will probably find you won't need much convincing, or at least I didn't since whenever my son would feed I would suddenly feel STARVING lol. I ended up having a little "bedside nursery" rolling cart and filled that with lots of snacks/bars I could eat throughout the night. Body Armors were great too! Also, as far as the nursery goes, we decided to keep the baby in our room. Lots of parents benefit from the nursery and thats great! But I think after my son was born my "mama bear" instincts kicked in and I wanted him in my sight at all times. There were a few times where they took the baby to the nursery to do tests and when that happened my husband would go with them so he could watch the baby. Mind you my room was DIRECTLY across from the nursery, haha. I say that to tell you, if you find yourself feeling the same way you are not weird or crazy for wanting to keep an eye on your baby at all times. And you aren't out of line for asking doctors questions about what they are doing, or wanting to know alternatives. And if you find that actually, putting the baby in the nursery sounds really nice so you can rest? Then do it, Mama. ❤ Sorry for being so long winded but I hope this helps! If you have any other questions or just wanna chat with another mom, I am here! ❤ Praying for a safe delivery and a healthy happy baby boy, mom, and dad. So excited for you all!

Love you kennade praying for a healthy baby and a good mom ❤
Talking to a lactation consultant and getting their advice on how to breastfeed and getting the baby to latch correctly was the best thing I did when I had my baby. It is easier to keep your baby close by in your room for the first couple of months and then transition into a nursery after that. But you figure out what works best for you when your sweet baby is here. Good luck and congratulations!! :)
Hi KennaDee ❤ I’m Soo excited for you guys. You will both be the absolute best parents ever!!! 💙🎉
Kenn I always like to share that Hypnobirthing was a life changer for me! My first birth was horrible but with Hypnobirthing my subsequent births were amazing! ❤ There are instructors locally where you can take classes.
Praying for you and your husband and baby boy! ❤
Beautiful Ken hope ace grows up strong and healthy ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I’m hoping you have a healthy strong baby!!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻❤❤❤
Heads up! When you get the epidural you won’t be able to leave the bed because you will be fall risk, so you won’t be able to use the shower/bath/ball once you’ve been given epidural! ❤️
@CL-xyz9987

Depends where. At my hospital, they wouldn't let me bounce on the ball because it could move the epidural too much, but I was allowed to walk around, sit up, shower, etc. in fact, they encouraged it. Yes I had help but if I was bedridden for the entire 32 hours, I would have lost my mind

You and chase will be amazing parents and cant wait to met your baby boy ace ❤
Hi!! I am so excited for baby Ace! Will you post still even after you give birth or are you going to take a break? Either way is fine! You deserve this so much!!!
Its awesome being in the hospital and getting all the advice from the amazing midwives and breastfeeding experts. I recommend having your baby in your room, but dont be afraid to ask for them to take baby ace for a few hours if you haven't managed to get some sleep. You're going to be an amazing mum ❤️
When I went in I took some little pre-made formula bottles that are only a couple ounces just incase my baby struggled to latch on which he did at first as I didn’t want him to be too hungry, the midwives weren’t too impressed but I only used them as an emergency but it’ll also help yous first adjust as it’ll take less time to give the baby the bottle than breastfeeding also your supply will probably take a day or 2 to come in so the first few feeds will more than likely be longer as he’ll be having to suck for longer as it’s not fully in. I kept my baby in my room with just so it was easier to feed him and I just didn’t want to be away from him I loved watching him sleep. I would say having him close whilst yous are adjusting would be best so you aren’t having to go as far I know it’ll only be like an extra minute walking if that but every second you can have extra asleep is needed
Omg kenn you are gonna be such a great mom
Hi Kennan’s Chase you both are going to amazing parents to baby Ace. Have a safe delivery and healthy baby Ace. Wish you the best delivery 🎉. Ace will be the best blessing of 2024🎉❤❤❤. I will keep you all in my prayers .
You are going to be an amazing mom Kenn! 💖

YOURE SO FIT TO BE A MOM!
One thing I recommend is to have your hospital bag packed early just in case and have snacks and extra clothes in there im sooo excited for the new baby
Yes they are right. You and Chase are gonna be the best parents. The greatest!!!! Much love and luck to you both for a fantastic birth and a happy healthy delivery of baby Ace. If no one has been able to really explain contractions to you. It's a cramp like you have with menstration but its 10 times stronger and at intervals. Getting worse the farther along you get till that baby enters the world We can't wait to meet him!!!!!!!
I cannot believe baby boy is going to be here very soon!!
While breastfeeding I always felt it was best to keep baby out of the nursery especially the first 3 months as you don’t fully feel secure in motherhood till then ❤️ you got this, every baby is different and it will all be a learning curve 🥰
IVE NEVER BEEN THIS EAELY SOOO HAPYYY FOR YOU ❤❤❤
Just remember you are under no obligation to explain to anyone your reasons for doing what you feel will be best for you and your baby. At the end of the day you need to have a safe and healthy journey. We all do things differently and at the end of it all our children get raised to the best of our abilities.
Congrats next video baby Ace will be here.........lol praying that you and hubby have a nice Heathy blessed birth...... always put God first and kennedee kay I know you will be the best mom for this child chase I know you be the best father..... stay healthy....... can't wait to see baby ace....... God bless you and your new fam
Two minutes soo exited for the babay boy congratulations for you and chase I love you and your amazing family❤❤❤❤
Breast feeding be patient work on different positions. If you crack don’t buy nipple cream use Neosporin Same thing and cheaper. I loved having my baby in my room but that’s also the time I needed rest and when they are in the room you do everything so I didn’t get much rest time. Skin to skin as much as you can. And if the baby doesn’t latch don’t give up!! Keep trying all try a nipple patch if needed ❤ during labor lots of water and breath you got this momma and best of luck!
I'm so excited for you and Chase I had a epidural for both my daughters both my daughters went a week over due my 2nd daughter had to be induced. Good luck I wish a happy and safe healthy delivery. Kenn you and Chase are going to be wonderful Parents to Ace 💙
I had an epidural for my first this past August. I am so glad I did the epidural. I was in labor for 36 hours and the epidural helped keep me calm without the pain. You don't get much sleep (least I didn't because they turned me every hour).
You got this Ken we will love baby Ace
You’re going to be a great mom !
I know this is completely random but your hair is fabulous! Wish you the best!!!
I’m so excited 🎉

I’m so happy for you!!!!! ❤
Make sure to ask the LC about different breastfeeding positions! At the hospital I gave birth at they never did and it made it so hard for me. I didn’t even know there were others until he was readmitted 3 days later for not eating like he was supposed to be. Also use lanolin cream if your nipples start to hurt and crack because they will! Ask them about the epidural because once I got mine I wasn’t allowed to get up again. They put a cath in and I had to wait
Love this you r so greatful and you r going to be a great mom
Congrats🎉👩🏼🍼💙💙
You will love a non medicated birth I had both of mine without any complications and meds no gas and air my first she was born 3hrs and my second was 2hrs no medication. I can’t wait for you both to be parents 💙😊
May God bless you and yours you are so sweet and kind I'm sure you will be a very good mother
First!!! Im so excited, cant wait ❤
love you Kenn❤
I kept my babies born in the hospital by my side and loved it. Breastfeeding was so hard with my first. Being engorged with my first was hard especially being a new mom. Drink some pineapple juice for engorgement. And yes exclusively breastfeed helps with tummy issues with my kids. The formula is harder on the little tummies. Best of luck! You will do great with what ever you decide. He is one lucky baby.
Who else loves her❤❤
Who else agrees that ace is going to be so blessed
You and Chase are going to be wonderful parents to baby Ace. I loved my experiences giving birth, and my doctors and nurses were awesome. I loved having my babies in my room with me, but it is your decision. Remember, one thing I learned is rest and sleep when your baby is sleeping if possible. Congratulations
Good luck 💕
Nice under 2 hourssss btw I wish you and baby ace the best of luck during labor :)
I think with each state it's different on how hospitals handle the baby after there born I live in Alaska and all 3 of my children were born here I have been induced with all 3 but had the epidural with the first 2, with my oldest I was hypertension and had to be induced with him for that reason, had the epidural and 6 hours later healthy baby boy, my second had the epidural but my son came way to fast for it to kick in and had another healthy boy, with my last one decided to go natural cause I wanted to experience it at least once in my life and she was my last so an hour after rolling on the birthing ball in the shower her she came a healthy girl, and the hospital I was at for all 3 kids they didn't have a nursery they let the baby's stay in the room with the moms unless they needed to be in the NICU, but once I held that baby in my arms I felt happy and relief that they were good and I could finally care for them plus I had both my mom and mother in law there as support
As long as you are happy and healthy and so is your baby then anything that you feel will help you best is what is right. The best thing is to feel as relaxed as possible. Unfortunately, my birth did not follow my birth plan at all. My best suggestion is to not be too obsessed with your birth plan because sometimes it just doesn't go according to plan. I was induced because of reduced movement and I personally didn't have the best experience of being induced. I am a HUGE advocate for the epidural - it's fantastic! I hope everything goes well for you. And please remember that every birth is beautiful, no matter how it happens. Lots of love xxx
I’m so excited
Kennade you will be the best mom to him
I love you vids! ❤ I wish you luck. You willl be the best mom!!
I would keep your baby with you as much as possible if you are both there no need to go to the nursery !!!! I think your birth plan great and I pray it goes smoothly you are going to do great
You will be a great mother
Love you sm Ken xx
Would love to hear afterward how your “wants” went, especially in the room, because it sounds like sometimes hospitals don’t like to allow that stuff even though it usually is helpful for the mom. Just a little nervous about advocating for myself if there’s pushback and I’m curious how it goes for other people😅
Ace is coming real soon I’m so happy for you
early! and your so gorgeous, congrats. 💗
Sweet very organised mom!❤
The first month of breastfeeding is hard, but wonderful! If you can get through the first month, it’ll get better! Your going to do great!

Hey ken ❤️ super happy for you, seeing how happy you are made me tear up. I wanted to share a few things I wish I knew lol. Nipples guards They will save you from so much pain. And start pumping now and freeze it even if your doing strictly breast. It's just nice to have They will save you from so much pain. As well as keeping this beautiful moment for you and your new little family. After I had my son I was exhausted and every time I would finally fall asleep someone would come in and wake both me and him up. Visitors will not be able next time around for me 😂
