That blue Jordan card in the right hand corner is my favorite Jordan card.

A lot of cheap cards look fantastic which i think is lost in the profit hunting that much of the hobby is stuck in. Ideologically i'm right there with you. Raid the discount bins, grade stuff i want to/like. I found my childhood binder while looking through my uncles stuff, 3 Jordans a beautiful Basketball Heroes Kobe and my childhood favorite Emeka Okafor game worn jersey card (lol). This doesn't have anything to with anything but man it made my day. The basketball cards were all in great condition... my football cards were not. I remember those being kept in a shoebox for a very long time... poor Jerry Rice. Aside: My Uncle had a rookie Bo Jackson... Great condition... but way off center. So close.

Finding old card collections and going through them is awesome. I got to experience that in 2018.

Thats the frustrating thing with Ebay, Cheap cart but 23 Euro shipping and some of these cards i would never find for like a dollar .Back in the 90's in my home country of Belgium you could buy card packs in every shop, those days are long gone.

I literally picked up that Stockton Rim Rockers Die-Cut last week and said the exact same thing LOL. Such a random choice for a set called "Rim Rockers". Great seeing those pickups, so much cool stuff you can pick up for a few bucks that gets overlooked by people just wanting "big hits".

I would love to start collecting again. I had an amazing 90's card collection. Jordans, Alonzo, shaq, pippen. I had football. I lost it all in a house fire and haven't bought a card or pack since. Now that I have been following you I want to get back in to it.

I always loved the deals. I only had a few big $ cards. I was a collector like you. I was hitting the dollar binds so much they started calling me "dollar bind Dan" lol.

Lots of people go to The National to gawk at 6-figure cards and try and make huge deals. Then there are the bottom-feeders like me that just go to dig through discount boxes. 😄 I love it.

Now that’s what I call a haul! I definitely noticed a few inserts I don’t think I’ve seen before. But I’m pretty sure you did send me one of those same Zo cards 2 years ago but I forget which one it was haha. I wish I could have made it to the National this year, but maybe next year!

That Zo at 16:40 is a 93-94 second year card not a RC, he was the 92-93 class along with Shaq. Awesome pickups! Looks like going through my collection, I never got rid of stuff.
