My "non-conductive" 5 month old fluid still screwed up almost everything it touched. My rule of thumb has always been, if you need it to be low maintenance, durable and reliable. Don't use water/liquid cooling.

For non-NYCers: NYC apartments never get cold; even in the dead of winter you will be swelteringly hot unless you open all the windows. This is actually legally mandated. New York City wanted to stop the spread of Spanish Flu and their idea was to force people to keep the windows open for ventilation.

I have been watercooling for years now. Many different iterations and builds. Have used PETG, and Acrylic, but now I am a ZMT man. I usually swap parts every 6 months or so, and breaking down a fully acrylic build takes quite awhile. I eventually got fed up with it and now I'm using ZMT tubing w/ quick disconnects. I can break down my build and change a part in a fraction of the time.
