@@DiwasShaves Hello, brother how are you, I never get a comfortable shave with Variant but 94r suits me, if you happen to get Merkur 37c then you will realize that how easily the razor glides over the skin and how comfortable the shaving experience can be, 94r is also very comfortable but the glide of 37c is better and that cuts the whiskers differently than 94r 🙏🙏🙏👍👍

❤super video. I have the parker hefty 94 r as I like the short handle! Pls note It is somewhat aggressive! I did nick myself a couple of times! But thats cz I have a very unusual way of holding a razor! Pls note most of The times i nicked myself on the 2nd pass! Its where everyone goods up! 😅 I even use The merkur long handle and even the 34 g ! And an old 60 year old Wilkinson butterfly open razor belonging to my grandpa with an ivory handle!❤ I gifted the parker 98 r And the 95 c with an ox horn handle to my friends! They ❤it😊

Nice Informative video Diwas ji. Inspired from your Last video, I ordered 94 R. and today I used it for the first time. Awesome Razor, fit and finish excellent. Gives smooth shave. I already have adjustable varient and 55SL-SC semi slant. Now I will procure 26C and 91R .

@@ranvijaibhadauria221 my personal opinion...I don't like this semi slant Razor. Aggressive. Again fit and finish is excellent...but there are other better options. I've got 5 Parker blades along with the razor

i bought a Parker 68s. After using for two years, threading between top cap and handle went bad. My Marine grade steel handle is sitting idle as i use a local handle with razor's head. i was kind of disappointed with that as a Rs. 2400 Razor should last at least 5-10 years at least. Parker should experiment with head geometry. There are only two kind of heads(apart from Variant). Nice video. i enjoy your work.

Diwas ji thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience. Since last month I am following your videos & Joy's video along with other international youtubers. Good to see such passionate wet shaver from India. Almost 20 yrs into DE shaving in fact started shaving with DE razors only but till now I never paid any heeds to pre & post shave (except alum block) Thanks for introducing us with available pre & post shave products in Indian markets. Somehow I never got to purchase quality DE razors after the first ones gifted by my dad got damaged so after venturing into cartridge market shifted back to plastic Gillette DE razor & then to sterling for many years till now. In haste got Feather popular to try just for my love of TTO razors but it feels too mild even in front of Gillette Sterling in my experience especially for head shaves. I always wanted to try both combs so just came across Parker 69CR which comes with both combs & will save some money too😉. What's your opinion about Parker 69CR?

which one gives smooth shave without any irritation - 94r or 64s or 26c ?

Great video! Love Parker razors! Which one of these would be the most aggressive? I have the 97r and that one is pretty aggressive. Noticeably more than the Merkur 34c

Among these I found Parker variant to be aggressive though one can easily adjust the settings.

94 r ko four finger nahi 2 finger and thumb sa try karna use karna ka,like a pen. bhut mast shave hoga.

94R is fantastic razor.

Kya baat kar raha ho. I bought mine in 2018 and it was easily available on Amazon india. Parker ka razor bhut accha hai. only I find one challenge maintaince. Chrome finish on them slowly fade. you need to repolish it. I keep my parker de razor like a baby. mai bhi tuh parker ka customer hoon india sa.

Sir, how do you compare parker variant and 26c.. by adjusting the aggressiveness on variant, can the 26c results be obtained? Reason why I’m considering variant is that the first 2-3 shaves with parker blades result in nicks and cuts but after that the results are magical.. I don’t like the effects of corking the blades. So, I was wondering whether variant can deliver the closeness in early and late phase of using blades

Both the razors are uniquely different. Parker variant is a great razor but lots of wet shavers have mixed views about it.

91 R is gem of a razor, it works well both with Wilkinson sword and 7o clock platinum👍

Hi Diwas, I just shifted to DE wet shaving after using gillette for 8 years. I tried bombay shaving razor and I found that even after 3-4 trials, I still get really bad nicks and cuts while shaving. Besides the nicks, I’m satisfied with the results. Your description of parker has tempted me to give it a shot but I’m torn between 91r, which as you said should be tried if you’re a beginner; variant, because I love the aggression adjustment feature and; 26c, because of the outstanding description you have given. I somehow feel that BSC razor is resulting in an unusual number of cuts and bleeding. Do you think parker can help with this problem?

Before you shift to Parker, I will suggest you must practice with Gillette Sterling or Pristine razors. These are mild razors.

@@DiwasShaves Sir, I had ordered the 26C by the time you replied. I gave it a shot and you couldn’t have been more right. It was, unequivocally, the smoothest shave I’ve had in a long while. Just one follow up: After using BSC aftershave balm, I noticed that after an hour, there’s a gentle burning sensation in some areas and the skin gets really dry. Any suggestion for that? I did away with alcohol based old spice aftershave and moved to the balm but there’s still some residual dryness. Any Suggestions?

@@pratikdalal4025 26c turned out to be better than BSC and parker variant. It’s just that there’s a tough learning curve to it. You have to position it almost perpendicular to the skin and it will give you a clean shave

Aapka Naya go-to razor ?

I had pne question regarding the variant. Compared to normal 2 or 3 piece razors, be head seems to be a bit thick to accomodate the mechanism. Does this create issues for shaving under the nose?

Meri beard to a chuki hai or main abhi tak trimmer hi use karta raha hu. Maine aaj tak shave nahi Kari, so konsa DE lena sahi rahega inme se jo alternate ya har 3rd day par use Kiya ja sake?

If you are beginner then I recommend that you should use Gillette Sterling razor first, practise with it and then shift to other razors.

Both razors have same head, so performance wise there is no difference but what I have found that 94R cause of short handle is easy to manoeuver.

It’s really difficult to say, but if you are a beginner and have sensitive skin then I will advise you to go for Romer7 Virgo or Pristine DE Razors. Both are mild and great for daily shaving.
