Great video, very valuable tips and info. I'm out here in NM, not near as many trees as your location, but we do have some desert varieties with thorns. When I have to deal with thorny brush, I first look for a smooth sapling to make a "Y" stick about 3-4 feet long. I use the "Y" stick in one hand to push the thorn bush or branch over toward the ground as far as possible, and swing the cutting tool in my other hand. That helps prevent the thorny top branches from hitting me in the face when I cut the bush. See ya in your next video!😃
