Ariat is a pretty dang good company. If you care for it it was a woman founded company and she took a tennis shoe design and made boots. And here we are. That don’t necessarily matter to me but I heard that and thought it was neat

I’ve always used red wings for work I can get multiple years out of a pair and most of the time the leather is in hood enough condition I can get them re soled if I want but I have a couple pairs of ariats I wear casually and they are great quality boots with a variety of sole options when it comes time to replace my red wing moc toes I think I’m going to give ariats version a try because they are half the price

I’ve had my ariats for over two years now, not a common thing to do gonna get two more pairs of whatever is better next but the ariats are still good for going out wherever the only thing I hate about them is that I don’t remember if they are not slip resistant or they lost that throughout the years I tell you I’ve trying climbing off a 5500 ram dump on wet day and holy cow have I almost busted my srse by almost slipping off hehehe
