Ariat is a pretty dang good company. If you care for it it was a woman founded company and she took a tennis shoe design and made boots. And here we are. That don’t necessarily matter to me but I heard that and thought it was neat

I’ve always used red wings for work I can get multiple years out of a pair and most of the time the leather is in hood enough condition I can get them re soled if I want but I have a couple pairs of ariats I wear casually and they are great quality boots with a variety of sole options when it comes time to replace my red wing moc toes I think I’m going to give ariats version a try because they are half the price

I don’t even think areas are comfortable. It takes me so long to get them on in the morning lol. It’s like they are too tight around the ankle area.

@@Datboimiggzi just got some ariat square toes medium width and i get the tightness youre describing. Get some heavy socks and double up for a week and itll help. Mine feel decent now. Never wore a western style boot especially for work that felt amazing.

@Datboimiggz ariats are definitely tight when you first put them on. I steam mine and shove my 3lb mini sledge in em to stretch them out. I also get em in EE but after a month or so they slide on like butter.

I’ve had my ariats for over two years now, not a common thing to do gonna get two more pairs of whatever is better next but the ariats are still good for going out wherever the only thing I hate about them is that I don’t remember if they are not slip resistant or they lost that throughout the years I tell you I’ve trying climbing off a 5500 ram dump on wet day and holy cow have I almost busted my srse by almost slipping off hehehe

Getting a pair of the ariat rebars i have a 15 percent off discount for boot barn first order or whatever so theyll be 170 so im gonna grab them probably. I had the work hogs i bought them off a friend who gets a new pair of boots like every month for no reason 😂 bought them for 30 bucks. Little big but did the job till i got my Caterpillar ones which i just threw away so its time for new ones. Merry christmas!

@@FoolisH409 I didn't end up getting them, I actually found a pair of romeos I forgot I had in the garage. They were barley even broke in so I though I'd use them till there dead 😂. But I have had the work hogs and they are great. And they aren't work boots but I have some ariat vent tek cowboy boots and they are great, I have had them for over a year and are still going strong.

My old Foreman swore by them. I just noticed most of them have shoelaces, and they burn up whenever you weld. That’s a big reason why I weld with these style boots.

I used to buy Justin. Now I buy Wolverine and expect to replace the insoles 2× before the trash can in about 10 months with 2 pair in rotation. It's practical and cheap. I go to work to work. I'm not interested in looking good at work anymore than going to prison looking sexy.

I’ve actually been using wolverine boots, they are a lot more affordable than the rest, and they hold up pretty good. They have a new style called the rancher, with steel toe. Check em out.
