Nice video. how would you compare these ones to the diablo rosso for instance. I just read that going to the twisties with the pilot street doest bring enough confidence. Other thing, how do u attach the sport camera to the helmet. I am curious, cheers

Thanks for watching, so to compare to the Diablo rosso I don't know much about the tires but I do know they are more for performance. So if you want more confidence on the twisties go for the performance ones. I went for the longer life of the tires but with a slight performance. And the way I mount the gopro to my helmet i did a video on it, the video should be under my Channel I will put a link on here. My R3 came with low end dunlops, seemed nice. I just put on a pair of the Michelin pilots and I have to tell I feel a major difference between the 2. My concern is when taking slow intersection turns the bike feels like it does not wanna turn I almost have to force it to go to the right more than I should. is that only because of the tire type and the surface of the tire more V shape than the dunlops, this is all normal? Not sure what else to say or ask. Only been riding goin on 3 years and I’ve not had to replace my tires before. I guess what should I expect between the 2 different tires?

@TempePatriot I have never driven on Dunlops but from the information I have found out they are good for tracking days and they give you some good grip on the ground. With the shape of the tires too they are better to flick the bike into the corners. These tires are ok but they are better for longer rides because the center contact is a bit tougher and it will last longer than a performance tire. The tires I got are great for the type of riding I do, the tire has a good sidewall contact that will be good for griping the road, but I don't go crazy on them either hahaha. So I will take your word on the difference between both tires, maybe one day I will give them a try. 👍 ride safe.

Oh and about the turning, it may need more air in the tire. I have mine at around 30 to 33 psi of air. But I am a bigger guy. So problem test on adding more air. Hopefully, this helps.

These or Metzeler roadtec01 for my Suzuki GW250?

I have experience with the Michelins but I would try out the new Metzeler roadtec, I have heard good things about them. I would go with the newer ones if you have the money.

Whats the recommended psi for these tires?

So because I am a bigger guy I have my tire pressure at 29psi at the front and 36 at the back and those are the stock-size tires for the R3.

How was the wet grip?

They are ok but I won't try to go all out on a turn at the same time I haven't gone in the rain with the new tires on yet.

Hi, I watch a lot of video of tyre test. Maybe, you can add fort the next time informations about the tyres you already used, so we can have a point of comparison. And also be more precise about how many km (or miles) did you do with this tyre. Thank you 😉

The tires are good in the rain, they have good traction and the water can go through the deep cuts on the tire. But I wouldn't be leaning over too much but great tires overall. Made a video of riding in the rain and they were great, I will post that video soon.
