No my friends who delivered aftr 32 years had normal delivery..it totally depends on ur pregnancy health journey

Absolutely not an issue at all. Always remain joyful and don't stress yourself out with all these things. Exercise,follow a good diet and wear a smile on your face always. It will happen when it has to. More power to you☺️🙂 Take careof yourself🙏🙂. All the very best🙂

You can without episiotomy🙂your doctor will decide what's best for you looking at so many different factors which is different for every individual 🙂🙏

Kitne stitches lage aapko? Aur i m in 15 weeks n diagnosed with low lying placenta.. to exercise krna would not be an ideal situation for me

Yes don't do now. Ask your doctor for when you can start. As your doctor knows your complete profile. Don't worry about stitches for now. Just enjoy your process🙂 all the very best dear.
