I've been using my Nintendo ever since it first launched in 2016, but outside of using gold points to pay down some digital titles I buy on Switch, I haven't really used it for the last few years. Ever since they eliminated redemption of Wii U and 3DS eShop coupons, platinum points have had almost no value despite the fact they are the currency that is the easiest to acquire.
At some point I had heard they had added physical rewards, and I still had a lot saved up, so let's see how these stack up. Are these items you can technically get for free worth the shipping cost?
