Try those soft industrial ear plugs for the noise. They would be comfortable to sleep with. Also, when you're feeling lazy or unmotivated to prepare food, things like date fruits and those on-the-go tuna lunch kits are great. They don't need refrigeration and they're already prepared, so no need to get out of car. Honey is another thing that doesn't need refrigeration, so a quick honey on bread with morning coffee is convenient. I'm also having a hard time sleeping and the show called "i shouldn't be alive" helps me to relax and sleep. It's a show about people who survived various life events in jungles, deserts, everest, etc. I learned a lot about survival from that, plus the visuals of nature are calming for me. ❤

Hi Douglas, only Morocco has argan trees. This oil is "Alia Argan". My BFFE own the brand but we stopped importing it. Aside from importing from Morocco I'm not sure where they sell it 100% argan and certified organic like this one 🥹

Hi Magali ... a good video today. Once you adapt to the traffic noise it won't bother you much. It is safer and you are less likely to have anyone really pay attention to you being where you are because there is traffic. The secluded empty streets represent the greatest danger. If you have side window covers, you might want to use them on your back seat area because they would help damper the noise a bit and keep anyone walking by on the street side from looking in. BTW ... I am hard of hearing so I could not make out the name of the oil you are using on your face. Could you please post that in a reply for me? Nobody can see inside but I also have covers and this morning I put them on permanently. Better that way and darker in the morning ☺️ The oil is "Alia Argan". My BFFE and I own the brand. Unfortunately, we had to stop business but the oil was tested in Morocco and the US and the quality surpassed the quality measurements they use. Maybe one day we can do it again but I would need to be back on my feet to invest in a business again 😊 Love you too 🤗❤️🤗
