The board is probably gonna snap. It's actually pretty common for boards to last only a few weeks. The wheels and trucks can last way longer tho. He's probably just gonna buy a New deck and transfer over the rest. So like 60 to 80 bucks. Not that much when it's your hobby/passion

@@HOLES69 Bones reds are like the go-to bearings for most people so getting bones wheels and bushings but not bearings is kind of weird because that's what they're mostly known for (To my knowledge). But yeah it doesn't really matter

I'm glad you didn't invert the wheels, this is the best setup method.

It’s pretty good. Just was always used to 8 trucks since I rode 8.0 and switched to 8.25 but now I’m riding 148s

I tried using both of them their horrible at least on thunder trucks, I used indy bottom bushing and bones hard top bushing on each truck and it works pretty good still get wheel bite

Alot of pro’s run a quarter size smaller truck than the deck size it’s not an uncommon thing…I ride 8.25 twin tail with venture 5.2 lows myself.the flip feel is different and tbh I throw tre’s a lot better with a quarter smaller truck

I always loved crushed bushings, we used to cut our bushing in half when I was younger to make them softer. I see some fools with NO bushings these days. And I thought we were weird...

When I was sponsored I could Ollie over a tennis net but I had to have a light 7.5 with old school extra lite grind kings couldn't Ollie on any other setup,What are the most popular trucks right now? 147 are a 8" truck so your trucks are smaller then your board size. Also with those sizes 54 wheels make me wheelbite crazy so it's not strange you have hard buahings in those😅
