Tie a knot in the hose when your dripping. You want the water to come out slower so it can slowly acclimate.

A 40 gallon reptile tank works great. That’s what I have for my hamster and a lot of chew toys! Also need a 10 inch wheel so they don’t hurt their back.

Make this blue if you want Nick to get a starfish

Yep I’ve had two snowflake eels. My x current one is huge, approx 4 feet. He’s in a really large tank so he’s comfortable but he’s enormous now

The hamster will need a WAY bigger cage with more bedding to burrow in/toys/hideouts. Other than that Great Video!!!

GET THE HAMSTER A BIGGER CAGE. Go and get a big clear bin from walmart and set him up in that, also 450 square inches floor space is the minimum for best hamster health, do Charlie a favor and upgrade him

A clear bin the hamster would chew out within hours. Definitely not the best choice for housing a rodent.

Fish Galore That’s gerbils.Hamsters are not gerbils.Have you seen how many people use bin cages Aka plastic box cages.A lot and they do well in there

IKEA Detolf is a perfect cage. More bedding and an 10 inch wheel (not wire mess). Tons of videos on this. I love your channel!!!

Love the eel and the hamster!! The cage is way too small for a Syrian hamster though. You can look up DIY bin cages for hamsters on KZread. You should be able to make a great cage. He also needs a wheel to run on but it needs to be a large solid wheel to protect his back and feet. His back shouldn’t arch when he runs on it.

You are right but not entirely. It's not just too small for a Syrian. It's too small for even any dwarf genus of hamsters. These cages should be solely used for transportation

The hamster cage is too small I recommend the ikea detloft there are lots of KZread videos on it.

Please please please get that hamster a bigger cage or a tub, you can get cheap plastic bins/tubs. It’s not good for a hamster to be in such a small living space, he will also need more toys to chew on (hamsters teeth don’t stop growing) and hides for when he’s scared. It may be a good idea to get a bigger wheel too as small wheels can cause bag problems as he’s growing, I’d recommend watching a few videos on hamsters and how you should set up there cage. This isn’t hate just advice if you want him to live his best life, other than that, great video

I have my beta - male - in a community tank that is heavily planted. He LOVES the higher flow of my filter system despite what others online say about Beta fish not liking a strong flow. If you add one really pretty male to that tank (after you plant it more) I think they will all be super happy fish!

I made my turtle and his large pleco buddy a new "turtle cove" so they went from a partially filled 40 gallon tank to a 120 gallon inside pond and they love it... added fish too. The pleco now hides all day though :-( So at night I have the lights all out and go in and turn on one light just to catch him out in the pond LOL He is a strange fish - he LOVES when I pet him!

@@spir I lost both legs due to bone infections which there is no cure so the doctors have to go above the infections both of my legs hve been amputated twice first below the knee and now of 4weeks ago i lost above the knee almost to my hip! I am sorry you don't believe me and i am not seeking any attention i hve been a fan of Nick even before he had a channel life is too short to worry wht people think! How to you manage large salt water tanks like that i really want one but i have to wait but the only fear i have is that it’s to difficult to manage and i might accidentally kill them since im only use to fresh water fish

I know you said you were going to get a bigger cage which you should probably get a 40 gallon tank, I’m not sure what kind of bedding that is but cedar and pine shavings are not SAFE neither is scented bedding, and some people say you shouldn’t use a wheel because there is holes in it to provide air but when their running their limbs can get stuck and break, the wheel is also to small so when the hamster is running it’s back will be curved which can cause problems Syrians need a 9-12 inch wheel that is solid
