I'm an Audi guy but I respect your decision. The R8 vs GTR is pretty much settled before the race. I would've liked to see a TT R8 though, nobody makes that engine fast enough. You're like a kid in a candy store, teach me!

I had a green 96 Sentra which I bought in 07. It was pretty fast as it ran stock, about 0-60 in 14 seconds flat. It had about 100 horse power and the A/C was excellent. It had 13" tires on steel wheels. I loved that die-hard car so much I decided to do a full eng mod and restoration. When I was done it dyno'd at 2200BHP and ran 5's. It had 4 Garrett turbos and made the rumble of god. It literally destroyed ANYTHING it went up againt, including GTRs. Then it got rear ended, so I bought a Corolla that has cruise control.

I'm pretty sure the launch control removed was removed on the newer models (you can still buy the kit to install it) so i think rob made a better buy than the 2012 version plus I'm pretty sure the extra stock horse power won't make a difference when underground racing or a similar company gets there hands on it! can't wait to see what gets done!

That is so funny.. I just did the same thing, Sold my R8 V8 R-tronic for the GT-R. I really like the R8, looks perhaps better than the GT-R, yet mechanically the GT-R is a far more better designed car. The performance are mind blowing not to mention an incredible Dual Clutch transmission, in my option was the weakest link on the R8, not to mention the V8 was underpowered. My R8 was silver with carbon blades and now i own a brand new GT-R 2013 White on black. I simply love it.

I know what he does. He actually owns more than one. But so what? He stil worked HARD to create those websites even before he had a degree! Working hard is not just building houses. As he said in some interviews, he deprived himself from having fun to work on his projects. And even now he spens a lot of time maintaining and improving his websites and other businesses. So he deserved it :)
