I am so happy that you are working with a trainer & moving to an apartment with more space and natural light. I think this will be a good move! Your apartment in downtown LA is so sterile & depressing. This seems a lot more Nikki/california/positive pineapple vibes :)

If I were you I would totally make that first room with a separate entrance the guest bedroom! Then, in a way, it's like a guest house. Because guests can come and go as they please without disrupting you :) Also, the second/smaller bedroom is a good size for vanity and hair/makeup supplies, plus you said yourself that the lighting is great because of the sky light. So you'd have great lighting whenever you're getting ready, whereas those windows may wake up guests (especially if your jet-lagged family comes to visit) because it will be so sunny there first thing in the morning.

So happy for you Nikki!! You look so happy! You can film all your hiit workouts outside in your new space! I live in Cali and I know downtown LA can be so congested. It can take you a 20min drive just to go 1-2blocks. You will love it so much better at your new place. Honestly - I feel like I have lost the old Nikki I used to watch. You moving to LA kinda took that away. But I am excited to see your new journey!

Damn My heart dropped when I saw Ashley in the closet I was not prepared for that

We have an atrium in my house now, the cats LIVE for that room and always want me to open the doors so they can be out there. Be prepared for that to be "Max's Room"! I have hanging house plants out there, really easy to maintain, literally take them down once a week or every two weeks, put them in the shower (the baskets are lined with coconut coir, so it drips), water them, hang them back up. The green looks great with all the sunlight coming in. Congrats on the new house!
