My NEW CCW Holster - The Best Holster I've Ever Owned!
I've replaced my faithful N82Tactical Tuckable IWB Holster for an ALL NEW IWB Tuckable Holster. It's no surprise that it's another great product from N82Tactical, but this one is different from all their previous designs.
Thanks for watching!

No problem! Love your page. So I wore the holster all day, church and home. No one at church had a clue. It was super comfortable, even with it not being broken in yet. I forgot it was there at times. So far really satisfied with my purchase.
Def want one now. I've carried my M&P40 in the regular version for over a year now. It is the most comfortable, secure holster I own. The only negative is reholstering. This is great.
Still have my n82tactical holster. I've had it for about a year now, still loving it, still going strong!
Congrats on the new holster. I have one of these N82 holsters for each of my handguns and wear one daily. You're right - best IWB holster I've ever used.
As someone who is blessed with the same body type as yours, thank you for this review. Just purchased one!
You're the reason I got this holster for my CM9 and I LOVE it! I'm down in the GA heat/humidity and it is still VERY comfortable. The tension release WAS a little odd at first, but it is easy to get used. Only two notes I'd make are that I am carrying a LITTLE more to my 4 o'clock than I used to IOT make the twist easier (b/c the CM9 is small and harder to grip+twist) and the CM9 has a loaded chamber indicator that scrapes against the polycarbonate but DOES NOT hurt the structural integrity.
Definitely my favorite holster to date for IWB wear. Love the twist lock release, totally natural movement. The twist lock is the same reason I fell in love with the new Uncle Mikes reflex holster for use at the range and sports shooting competitions, using the adaptor plate and belt loop accessories for positioning. Hopping you review those too at some point.
What I like about this holster is the fact that the pistol grip/magazine butt won't dig or rub into your skin if you only wear shorts and a T-Shirt, especially when sitting in a car seat. If you live in a sub-tropical climate you'll understand what I'm saying. :)
This company should pay you! I just bought one, and will return with my personal review after I give it a try... thanks for the video:) UPDATE: Just got my new holster today. It works perfectly, and has an incredibly fast draw. But I'm rather on the heavy side, and the suede backing is just too "hot for me to handle," especially during these summer months. So I'm going back to my tiny Kydec IWB. But this holster is a superb product in every way.
Got my N82 IWB Professional Tactical Holster for my Glock 23 Gen4 yesterday and it is without a doubt the most comfortable IWB hoslter I have tried. . .even better than my Crossbreed Supertuck! Thanks for the video that led me to it!
I've carried a 1911 for around 40 years, and have tried a whole LOT of holsters. To the non 1911 sorts, go with what you know. When we got issued those Berettas all those years back, the first few times I drew I was wiping the safety ON instead of off. Good thing we familiarized with it before we needed it, huh? Now that I'm retired, I'm back to the 1911, and my muscle memory for it has completely returned. As for this holster, that "Professional" looks excellent, and I will be replacing my kydex iwb very soon.

Chris Blake Hey Chris, I'm Retired as well. Look into Galco for quality gunleather. I carry my Colt Government in a Galco "Concealable " and a Galco "Avenger".
I never heard of this company until your video, After watching it I went on there site and ordered one. Thanks for the great video and for showing me what I think is the perfect holster!!
I just purchased my first Glock 19, And needed a good holster. Per you're suggestion N8Tactical ,Best Holster Ever! Ty, Charlie AZ
I bought one for my Springfield XDM 4.5" and it is a great holster. Very comfortable if you like IWB carry. It would make a 1911 very comfortable to carry inside the waist band if your pants are big enough.
Very nice holster! I like the fact that it locks when the firearm is inserted. I just got my letter of approval for my CCW, so now it is time to shop for a holster! I think I may get this one. Glock 23.
I just got one of these for my Smith and Wesson M&P9 full size. Incredibly comfortable.
@jpaho I've never had that problem. I used to check when I first started carrying the N82, but it never was a problem. Now I don't even bother checking. Both the elastic and poly scabbards don't allow for movement to click the safety off. Thanks for watching!
I'm not sure what you just said, but if you carry, you never forget that it's there no matter how comfortable the holster.
I LIKE THIS ! Chamber empty, AND no magazine Stated, and SHOWN ! OUTSTANDING ! More TV shows need to be SAFE also !

These guys do make great products... I met them at a gun show here in North Carolina, in Hickory. Super nice guys. I've been seeing some of their holsters on some of my students lately in concealed tactics class. Good Clip.
I love your vids, bro. Fun to watch because your having fun and so excited, but you are also intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the information that you are sharing. Way to go buddy, keep it up.
Great review. Been carrying one for about a month and I can't say enough good things about it. I'm in Greensboro and it's great to see a locale company turning out such a great product. Just wish more local shops would stock them. Thanks.
Yes, it most definitely is. I still wear it all day, every day.
It is the most incredible comfortable holster I have ever worn. I had it on for 8 hours straight and I actually forgot it was on. you are able to the 19,26 and 30 with the same holster.

Yes, it is! I showed Nate Johnson your question at the gun show, and he proceeded to show me one right then and there. You may order one with confidence.
I've been carrying mine for over 6 months now. It's my first holster so I can't speak to the comfortability of others, but this holster's given me NO reason to keep looking. I carry an XDm .40 3.8 compact and it conceals great and comfortably. Really love the neoprene and suede backing, keeping my weapon dry and it never feels uncomfortable against my body. I carry small of back with it. I can draw plenty fast with it and it's design also locks my weapon in place. Only gripe is my screw...
Nice presentation, I too carry a Kimber Pro Carry 2, all black tactical, no unnecessary flash, just awesome dependable reliability, I will order the latest holster you showed first thing in the morning, thanks.
I'm wearing it right now, and I still wear it every day. I haven't noticed any significant wear on the gun. In fact, there are fewer contact points than with leather or kydex holsters. You shouldn't have any trouble with the weight because the clip isn't the only thing holding the gun in place, it's the suede backing that's providing a large portion of the retention. As for the Crossbreed style holster, I haven't worn them long term, but the seem very nice. Just very big.
I picked up one of these for my XDS.....I love it! Worth every penny!
I bought an original first for my wife's G26, and it did great. The elastic is a thick, herring bone weave that's built for durability. Even if it does wear out (which I don't imagine it doing), they'll replace it for free.
I purchased the N82 IWB Proffesional for my XDM 3.8. I was in need of a good CC holster and I happen to live in Salisbury NC so I puchased from them to support this great local company. The #1 reason I bought it was because of thebudgetarmory1. I'll post again after it's broken in. I love made in U.S.A. Thanks thebudgetarmory1 !
I got one for my Shield and love it! Definitely more comfortable than my Crossbreed or Remora. A stiff gun belt makes it even better yet. It does take a bit to get used to the retaining set up, but it's nice to know it wont slip out unless I draw it.
My Gen-4 Glock has a very rough texture to the grip - which I LOVE, but if it were to rub against my belly all day, I don't think I would love it anymore. N82 is the ONLY holster company that I have found that addresses that problem. The grip of the pistol never comes into contact with my skin. I think I'm going to love this holster.
I had my N82 professional over my left butt cheek with my Sig 320c in it as I was sitting in my recliner watching tv, and I started laughing because I couldn't even tell it was on... THAT'S COMFORTABLE!
always enjoy reviews of new products.
I bought my N82 holster from watching your video a while ago. It has held up just as well as yours. I love the new professional, but I'm not so sure about the twist lock. Then again, with some practice it would probably be fine. Thanks for the video man, I'm getting one for sure.
@bigcec02 I haven't either. I have no idea why that particular phrase popped into my head at that time. LOL! Thanks for watching!
I just came across this. [In with the old, and out with the new. So lets take a look at the new??? I lost it right there. YOU ROCK.
My XDs 9mm and N82 should be a perfect marriage. I'm going to trust buyers reviews and even though my Hybrid holster is almost brand new, I'm going to give the N82 a try to see if I can get a more comfortable way to carry my XDs. It arrives in about a week, and I can't wait.
i have the tac professional holster for my xd subcompact. i really like it so far. im a ccw holder in ca. i have to say, my only negative comment for this holster is it is a little thick. I like the one clip concept and the suede backing. but having that clip directly on top of the poly holster makes it stick out off my hip a little more than i want. I do love this holster tho. very comfortable and easy reholstering. great review.
thats cool how N82 is made in lexington, i live in in the same town, and i see nate johnson around at certain places from time to time (didnt realize it untill i saw the pictures haha)
Well, I suppose I should give it a try. Thanks for the heads up, as I would never have looked into N82 without your advice.
If they haven't already they should sell on Pete's and Tom's website coming up. I love how its made in North Carolina. I pass their shop each time I go to the range. Its like just a mile or two down from my range. Great video!
I just got mine a week ago for Beretta Nano and testing it right now. It great, love it! The only problem I have is I need to upgrade my jeans one-two size up to accommodate the hoslter inside the waist band.
Thanks for the review. I just ordered this holster based on your recommendation. Been looking at alot of different styles from the Galco King Tuck, V Hawk, and Royal Guard. The N82 Pro seems like it would be the most comfy. I'll do a review of it after 6 months.
The elastic will fit any pistol on the market, and they're developing new molds for the Professional series as fast as they can. You can ask the guys directly, and they'll get back to you in a short order.
The N82 completely isolates the firearm from the body. It's very effective. I didn't notice any wear on the finish of my Pro Carry II, and I think that's because there's actually fewer contact points than other materials.
I like the N8 2 holsters comfortable as ,durable pig skin. A do admit the retention models need to be trained with to get used to them. A very good quality gun belts is a must. Very good quality holster made in America. Thanks you. :)
love the enthusiasm, chow
Glad to see they make stuff for the Springfield XDM
The holster is the N82 Tactical Professional series, and the pistol is a Kimber Pro Carry II. I've upgraded since this video to a Kimber Super Carry Pro.
Kudos and congratulations to N82 for producing their products in the USA. Now, THAT's what I call patriotism.
just purchase one few days ago .can't wait to get mine .thanks
I did my homework and I saw this video. In short, I got one and I am happy.
The single clip does just fine. It's not really used to hold the pistol still, just to hold it on your belt. The suede backing is what holds the pistol in place. I was just talking to the Nate's the other day and discussing it. I've noticed no appreciable wear from the holster. Definitely less that from a leather holster due to the fewer contact points.
@Lookinformemarbles It actually works better than I thought it would. You know how it is, we try stuff out, we get disappointed. Not this. I wear it all day every day. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for such a great review. I purchased the pro as well for my mp shield. Should arrive in a couple of days. You nailed my buying decision. Thanks again.
Thanks! I know they'll appreciate it.
I'm glad it worked out for you.
Not only that, they're great people as well.
@WallyMerc06 It really wasn't too difficult to get used to. Thanks for watching, and tell the Nates that I sent you!
What's nice about the Professional series is that you can practice drawing and reholstering with ease!
Their goal is to eventually offer the professional series for most pistols. If they get enough requests, though, they'll go ahead and order the molds to be made. The molds cost a lot right now, so they have to be able to justify the cost. Let them know that you would like on for your LCR.
thank you for a great review, I will purchase this holster, it is the best I have looked at for me. thanks again
I really love a good 4" 1911, and the CDP II should serve you well. I hunted around a bit before I found just the pistol I was looking for, and I haven't regretted it. The nice thing about gun shows is that you can compare prices in a short period of time. It also helps to see what some online retailers are selling it for as well. It'll give you a good guideline to follow.
Great video. I love the N82 holster. I have one for PM9 and am getting one for XD-S. My only gripe is that the screw for the adjustable cant is difficult to keep tight. I believe they've changed that since you shot this video - they now use a screw instead of the eye/rivet that yours has. But, that one complaint aside - it is a wonderful product and a great company!
@lskw1 You'll love them! Great guys and a great product. I'll be touring the shop soon so that everyone can see how they're made.
You wanna really be impressed, check out the all new Remora holsters. No clips, no hardward of any kind and can be worn anywhere you like, even w/o a belt! Just got mine, best $30 I ever spent.
I've been enjoying your videos for a long time. Just realized I wasn't subbed to you. I'm subbed now. I'm in NC too.BTW.

Thanks for the sub!
There are actually fewer points of contact than with Kydex. I haven't noticed any undue wear at all. I still have my original, and it is nice to have it work for more than just one gun.
Nice! Looks like a good rig! I've been looking at their holsters for a while! If I owned a pistol that would work with one of those, I'd definitely pick one up!
Yes they have a screw now to adjust the cant. and yes lefty's are available. check their website.
I'm no spring chicken myself, and the N82 works great for me. I've never used a pocket holster before (mostly because I don't have a pocket pistol), so I really couldn't give you any advice on that.
I like the option of a tuckable holster, so either the tuckable or professional is what I would recommend. I've worn all three, and I can't tell an appreciable difference between them. However, I would guess that the elastic would be a little more flexible that the polycarbonate scabbard making it a smidge more comfortable.
Crossbreed holsters are nice. I just found them a bit large, and they got awfully warm sometimes. If you don't like the N82 Tactical, they'll refund your money. No questions asked. Well, they may ask why, but only because they want to know if there's any way they can improve their product. It won't prevent you from getting your money back in any way.
@SoulSurvivorX2 The guys worked very hard to find the right vendors. I'm am very glad they did.
They will certainly appreciate it!
Yes! for being made in the NC, we needed something to make up for Para ordinance suckling

Yeah, I had a P13 (Canadian made), and it was a GREAT pistol. I wish they'd bring it back and build it like they used to.
Thank you for the kind words!
i bought that same holster for my Glock 26 on the strength of this vid. I think Nate's may owe you a few bucks. Love your vids man
@ElDub50 Will do! Thanks for the suggestion.
I wanted to point out to the community here that i purchased the new one originnally for my glock26 but it also fits my glock19 and glock36, one holster for 3 guns, thats a deal!
Thank you. I used to be in the broadcast industry, but no longer.
Carolina boys doing it right! I'll have to check them out, not far from me at all. i'm in Cameron, North Carolina, well worth looking into and seeing my options for concealed carry holsters!! Good job on the vid man, glad you put that in about the wife falling asleep with hers on, she had to be comfortable to do that! I need something that I can't feel ..but know it's there when i need it.That just might be what 'sells' it to me actually, was the wife comment!!
In the Professional series, they have LH models for Glocks and 1911's. Their Original and Tuckable come in LH versions for all sizes.
looks like a great holster, i like your enthusiasm
I've tried on the Cross Breed, and it's a nice holster. The one I didn't like was the size. It's just a really big holster. I'm getting the same level of comfort in a much smaller package.
It definitely takes practice. It'll become second nature soon enough. In fact, I find myself doing the "twist" with other holster as well.
Great review. You have an excellent voice for broadcasting.
I actually have the new one with the adjustable screw. Works great!
Still wear it all day every day (I'm wearing it right now). For CCW, I haven't found any better.
Excellent review i need a new holster will be ordering one for my self thanks....
That's why I wanted one for Christmas. LOL!
@steev5x5 Thanks! They are really good people. Down to earth and really passionate about their product. They worked hard to make sure that it was an American made product. That alone gets my vote!
That was the Kimber Pro Carry II. Thanks for watching!
My pleasure!
I saw them at the Winston gun show but I was looking for AR parts so I skipped over and just keep with my reg N82 but next week is the GSO Gun show and figure I will pick this one up then. They are great holsters!!
As my spare 17 mag fits my 19 and 26. Lovin' my N82. But I'm gonna go with a Galco Ankle Glove for the 26.
